Pretend

Sunlight poured through the red curtains and she felt arms wrapping around her waist.

She smiled.

Even though it was Monday, her day couldn't have started better with the love of her life by her side. But that lovely moment was quickly ruined with a hungry stomach screaming.

"Shit, I need to get up," Irene said as she unwrapped her arms from Seulgi's waist and got out of bed. Seulgi frowned, missing Irene's warmth.

"No, come back," Seulgi pouted and stretched her arms to gain Irene's attention, but it was a lost cause.

"I can't be late baby, I'm starting new today and I don't want to embarrass myself in front of my new bosses," Irene looked at her and couldn't even smile properly when Seulgi was already out of bed hugging her.

"I'm so happy! I bet you're gonna love it. New students, new colleagues, new place, no more Jennie—"

"Shh!" Irene placed her hand over Seulgi's mouth. "I've told you a million times she was irrelevant. I don't know why you're so jealous of her." Irene frowned.

"I just saw the way she looked at you and I felt angry," Seulgi looked away from Irene's gaze but she quickly stopped it by grabbing her face and making her look where she was supposed to.

"Well, all of that is over now. I'm starting new and I'm going to get well paid, finally."

"That's the most important thing, that you're happy," Seulgi said and Irene fell in love all over again. She couldn't get enough of this woman.

"I'd kiss you, but you stink. Go take a shower after me and then we can talk." Seulgi bursted out laughing but did as she was told.

"Can I kiss you now?" Seulgi said after her and Irene were ready to start their days at their universities.

Instead of answering, Irene went ahead and kissed Seulgi passionately. She quickly asked for entrance and invaded Seulgi's mouth with want. Irene started to run her hands all over Seulgi's hair and Seulgi pulled back.

"Are you trying to make me look like I just got fucked for an hour?!" Seulgi gasped and Irene smirked.

"Maybe."

"What's wrong with you today?" Seulgi asked as a joke, but Irene actually thought she wasn't being normal today at all.

"Actually, I'm not okay. I really wanna be all over you." Irene then pushed Seulgi against the front door and tried to kiss her again, but Seulgi knew they were running late.

"Baby, we're late. When we get home tonight I'll make you all mine, okay?" Seulgi gave her a chaste kiss and ran through the door, leaving Irene all bothered.

"Alright class, on Wednesday we'll continue with the presentations. Have a great day," Seulgi said as chairs were being pulled back by tons of new students. She always loved that first day of class where new students arrived. She liked giving them advice about what's about to come in their university lives and how to cope with it. She knew it was to talk about that the first day then start with assignments right away.

All of that motivational talk made her hungry and it was already lunch time. She quickly exited the classroom to go to the cafeteria when she spotted her.

"Oh my god," Seulgi whispered to herself as she saw Irene walking through the hallway towards her. She knew Irene started in a new university but she never imagined it was hers!

As Irene got closer, Seulgi just wanted to kiss her right there but she knew professors who were couples weren't allowed to work in the same place. Instead she tried to avoid Irene, but it was impossible.
