Their fight ended up turning into just silent and angry stares. Olivia went about her usual morning, which consisted of fighting Garrett when it came to breakfast. He hated to eat breakfast, and most of the time it ended up either on himself, his mother or all over the floor. Then once Garrett had eaten a little bit of cereal and was sent to play, Olivia moved to make breakfast for the girls who woke up nearly an hour after their parents and baby brother.
"It's quiet down here." Adalee sighed, as she came downstairs with her older and younger sisters.
"Yeah... where's Dad?" Ember asked, as they walked into the kitchen and started to set the table for their breakfast.
"He's playing with Garrett... or maybe Garrett is just annoying him." Olivia sighed. She finished putting the girls' food onto their plates, before sitting them in front of them. Olivia made up a plate for Trevor before moving slowly towards his office. She could hear Trevor telling Garrett to stay out of something, and Garrett responded with a sweet squeal that made Trevor less angry.
"I can take him now," Olivia spoke, as she walked over and sat the plate on her husband's desk before going and grabbing Garrett before he could get himself in more trouble than he usually is in.
"How should I give Angie my ticket? Do you want to give it to her since you seem to be best friends?" Trevor grumbled as Olivia rested her son on her hip.
"Would you rather me stay home and have you go instead?" Olivia sighed. She hated fighting with her husband, especially when he turns into a giant baby.
"Why the fuck would I want to spend a full week with my ex?" Trevor groaned.
"Because maybe spending time with Angie will get you to understand that Ember needs both of her parents. That she needs her biological mother in her life, just like she needs you. So Trevor, please just chill the fuck out and let this week be fun. Not some stupid fight that ruins it for our daughter." Olivia frowned. She carried Garrett from the room and Trevor watched as the door shut.
He looked around for a moment before grabbing phone and dialing Angie's number. He leaned back in his chair as he waited for her to answer.
"Trevor?" Angie asked, her shock evident in her voice.
"If you come to Boston for Em's birthday, you will not pick fights with me or my wife. Do you understand?" He warned.
"Do those rules apply to you too?" Angie shot back.
"Hey-"
"I'm paying for my own ticket. I just wanted to get permission to hang out with my daughter during the week of her 14th birthday. So as long as you aren't some asshole the whole week, we won't have a problem." Angie spoke before hanging up.
"Em!" Trevor yelled as he slammed his phone down. Ember slowly made her way into the office as Olivia followed her slowly.
"Yes?" Ember asked nervously.
"Angie can come."
"What?" Ember asked as her eyes grew bright.
"Angie can come to Boston with us."
"You are the best Dad ever!" Ember exclaimed, as she moved to her father and hugged him tightly.

Two weeks later, and after finding out that Garrett and Trevor were going to be the only men in the house, they headed to Boston. Ember was so excited to be spending the weekend with her parents, all of them, and her siblings. She was also excited that she was getting another sister, so this week was just more exciting than she thought it would be.
"Hey, Angie," Olivia spoke, as they waited to go through security altogether.
"Hey, Olivia. Thanks again for letting me come. Where's Trevor?" Angie asked, and Olivia sighed softly.
"He volunteered to change Garrett's diaper before got onto the plane. He is kinda nervous about this week." Olivia spoke, as she played with Ainsley's ponytail.
"Oh... and Em?"
"Right here!" Ember smiled, as she moved to where her mother stood and quickly hugged her. Angie held onto her daughter for a while, before they parted.
"Are you excited?" Angie asked as Olivia took Adalee and Ainsley away from them to give them some privacy.
"I am... are you?" Ember asked.
"I'm excited to spend time with my little girl." Angie breathed. Ember looked her mother over before speaking again.
"Uh, are you okay?" Ember asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just a little nervous about seeing your father." Angie admitted.
"Everything will be okay. Dad is excited about the weekend so everything will be okay."
"Do you think that he and I will have some time to talk? Because I have a few things we need to discuss."
"Like my custody?" Ember asked.
"We can talk about this all later. Now, let's go find Olivia."

Once in Boston, Trevor and Olivia rented a vehicle to drive while in town, before they headed to the hotel. They were going all out for Ember's birthday, and by request, she got a room for just herself and her mother. The rest of the family were sharing a family room where Adalee and Ainsley had bunk beds.
While they were getting settled, Trevor had to go downstairs to make a few calls about a case before his no work weekend could truly start.
"Are you busy?" Angie questioned, and Trevor shook a bit because he didn't think anyone had followed him down. Olivia had laid down with Garrett, so she didn't even know that he had slipped away to do work.
"Uh, not anymore." Trevor sighed.
"Then can we talk?"
"About?" Trevor replied quietly.
"About my marriage... and how I want Ember again."
"You can't just want our kid again. You have to want her all the time, Angie." Trevor huffed.
"I know that she has four siblings, almost, where she is living with you... but Andrew and I are actively trying for a baby and I want Ember around."
"Do you think that is wise, Angie?" Trevor asked.
"What is wise? My daughter being around me?" Angie huffed.
"I don't think it's wise you getting pregnant again."
"Are you jealous?" Angie spat.
"Of you? Hell no! I have a wife upstairs that is pregnant with our fourth daughter. I don't need you anymore." Trevor grumbled, his face red from embarrassment.
"Yeah right, Trev! You are jealous of my husband!"
