It's 2:23pm I just got out the shower I decided to stand in the mirror and admire my body while I lotion it. I was snapped out of my thoughts by the sound of my phone. A red dress knee length with ruffles on the sleeve, sliver heels and accessories was what I decided to wear for the grand opening of Mr C's bakery. My makeup was on point as usually. My hair was in a neat bun at the top of my head. I looked amazing. Before I left I decided to take a slow walk around my house reminiscing on all the memories I have here. This was my first house and I completely loved it but it was time for a fresh start.
The driver finally arrived with Londynn in the limo and took us straight to the bakery. I couldn't believe my eyes it was beautiful. " I'm so proud of you both this is absolutely beautiful". " thanks Laura, I really appreciate my daughter for doing this for me and giving me my own independence". " your welcome dad". Everything was going amazing. Everyone was walking around laughing, talking sampling wine and tasting the treats from the bakery. It was a success. Now it's time for Londynn to give her speech. " First I want to thank you all for coming and giving your continuous support in everything me and my family do. This bakery is not only special to me but for my dad. Cameron's Bakery belongs to him. As you can see he is very gifted when it comes to baking. This bakery is not only for his good but he opened it too selfless give a percentage of the income to the children's home. So we ask that you don't forget us in your weekly routine". Everyone cheered her on. I'm sure his bakery will do just fine. Londynn and I decided that we would make going public a big deal so I was still out with her tonight as her best friend.
Last night was so much fun but I'm glad to be getting the keys to our new house today. After 2 ring Londynn answered. " good morning baby". " good morning Lou, I'm headed to close the deal on our house". " I'm so excited". " have you started packing as yet". " no". " well you need to. Are we still going furniture shopping later?" " of course we'll go at 3 so I can't have time to pack some things". Iknow me and Londynn has way more than enough furniture but we want everything new. We want a complete fresh start. I was so caught up packing and thinking I didn't realize half of the day went by. I quickly freshened up and headed to Londynn's so we can go to the furniture store. We decided to go our house grey and white so we picked out all of the prefect pieces. After furniture shopping I wanted a new wardrobe as well so we went to the mall. Londy had me spoiled already.
