I sat down on my bed with headphones on my ears, drowning out the sounds of my arguing parents with Freddie Mercury's voice.

Somebody, oh somebody
Can anybody find me
somebody to love?

I repeated what happened today in my head over and over again. It was so perfect and I wouldn't have changed a thing about it. I couldn't help looking at him in class today. The way his hair slicked to the side from his gel, the way his nose scrunched up in class when he didn't understand a question. He was so adorable.

I was pulled out my thoughts as felt a vibration coming from my pocket.

One unread message from: Eddie Spaghetti

Eager to see what he had said, I opened my phone and saw the message Eddie had sent me:

Hey, wut r u doing rn?

Nothing, wbu?

Same here

Is everything alr?

Um yeah everything's fine :)
I was just wondering if we could meet up rn , so we could talk about today?

Sure np

Ok cool,, meet me at the park?

Ye sure

I got up from my bed and walked out the door, my parents barely acknowledging me. 

I got to our meeting spot at the park and waited for Eddie to show up.

Half an hour had passed and Eddie still wasn't there so I got my phone to call him. I was stopped at the wheeze I heard and footsteps rushing towards me.

'The fuck-?'

Eddie was running towards me, out breath and gasping for air. I sprinted towards him and grabbed him as he almost tripped over his own feet.

'Holy shit, Eddie what happened to you???'

He tried his best to talk through his wheezed gasps but couldn't manage to get anything out: 'Henry...saw...told...kiss...us...'

I fumbled around in my pockets looking for the spare inhaler Eddie had given me and put it up to his lips. He inhaled the artificial air, eventually regaining his breath. He'd look so worn out and... and tired. It worried me to see him like this. It looked like...

Like he was falling apart.
