"But Harry, you can't try to come to our apartment and have drunk sex with me and not expect for us tot talk about it the next day!", I yelled. Harry and I were fighting over last night's events.

"But Ali! Drunk sex is fun!"

"Not when there's only one of us who's drunk, Harold!"

Thunder roared, and I saw lightning strike. Then, the lights and television went out. Complete darkness.

"AH WHAT THE HELL!" I shouted. "I'm too good to die young! This can't happen! We're going to die!" I was overdramatic. I hated the dark.

"Ali calm the fuck down, it's just a bad storm, we'll be fine."

"How the hell do you know? You could be a masked murderer for all I know!"

"Shhh." He flicked a flashlight on. "I'm going to get some candles, and we'll just chill out, alright." I nodded and he left.

When he came back, we lit a candle (he only found one) and we put flashlights all around. We sat and I fell asleep next to him. I didn't die, thank god.

"Let's see...what should we eat for dinner?" I peered into Niall's refrigerator.

"You!" He pulled my waist and spun me around, and there we were, dancing in the refrigerator light. I giggled, but then the lights went out, and the music from the iHome stopped playing.

"Shit." We muttered simultaneously.

"Power's out." Niall announced. "I'll get some candles." He said, getting a flashlight to find his way to the basement.

"I'll make cheerios for dinner." I poured cheerios into two bowls, and milk into Niall's. I never liked milk in my cereal; it was one of my quirks. I got a six-pack out from the fridge, because it was still cold, and I snapped the tops off.

Niall came back with a box of candles, and we lit twenty or so, half of them on the floor, half scattered around so we could find our way. We sat on the floor, and I handed Niall his food.

"Cereal and beer." He said.

"Looks delicious, doesn't it?"

"Quite the finest meal, I've ever seen, I'm sure." I giggled.

"Harry's got a handful with Ali. She hates when the power goes out. I actually feel bad for him."

"I can definitely picture her swearing at him like they're about to die." We both laughed. We both finished our cereal, and I put the bowls away in the sink. I sat down next to Niall on the floor, and we leaned back against the cabinets, and I rested my head on his shoulder.

"What are you afraid of?" I asked.

"Losing you and food. You?"

"Dying in a plane crash, and being hated for who I am."

"I feel that, too. I mean, it's just with you, I can't understand how someone would hate you. You singlehandedly put someone else's wedding together, while you're in school for your business degree, you're great with kids, you've got a stubborn personality , and you're fighting for the ones you love. You're way too strong, and you'd never show that you're weak. You're a beautiful person."

"Well, if I'm half as amazing a person as you, then I think the whole world would love me. I'm too outspoken, and I don't think before I speak, and that hurts me."

"I love that you're outspoken, I think it's sexy."

"Well, some people think it's arrogance."

"Hmmm...what's your favorite memory?" He asked me.
