Chapter 10

Beep beep beep.

I was awoken by my alarm clock and I remembered it was already Monday. I rolled over and there laid my beautiful boyfriend.

"Taylor, babe. Time to go to school." I kissed his lips and got out of bed.

I went to my closet and grabbed some jean shorts and one of Tay's muscle tees. I grabbed a tank top to go underneath it. I changed there in the room and I felt a pair of eyes watching me. I turned around and covered myself.

"Audrey, don't hide that beautiful body of yours." I blushed and finished putting on my clothes.

Taylor got up out of bed and went to grab some of his clothes to change. I think his bed head is adorable.

I walked over to my dresser and grabbed some socks and threw on my white converse. I looked over at the cloak and it was 10 minutes till we had to leave.

I hurried down stairs where Taylor already had a bowl of cereal waiting for me. I walked over to him and sat down. I ate up my cereal and put the bowl in the sink.

"C'mon Taylor. We need to leave now to be on time to first hour." I shouted grabbing my backpack. Taylor came out of the kitchen and grabbed his things and we got out the door.

AT SCHOOL

We pulled up in the school driveway and Tay parked his car towards the back. We had 3 minutes till the bell rang. We ran at the front to and we split up to go to our lockers. I was putting in my code and as I opened my locker someone from behind slammed it shut.

"The fuc-" I turned around and it was Brook. I froze.

"What was that, slut." She said throwing my backpack to the floor and kicking it.

"N-n-nothing. W-what do you w-want." I asked her and my heart sped up.

"I'm just here to warn you again that you should stay the fuck away from Taylor." She said slapping me and walked away.

Once she left I brought my hand to my face and slide down my locker and started to cry. Why me? Not again.

Taylor turned the corner and ran over to me.

"Holy crap, Audrey what happened? Are you okay?" He asked helping me stand up.

"Yah Taylor I'm fine. It was Brook." I said as the bell rang. His face went white then to red.

"I'm so sorry Audrey. I'll protect you from now on. But we have to get to class. Let's go." He said and picked up my backpack and I got into my locker got grab my first hour stuff. Which was math.

Taylor walked me there and we both go in. We sat in our seats and he made sure not to let go of my hand. I could tell he felt really bad. But it's not his fault.

"Ok class today we are going to be starting a new section so new seats."

No. I wanna stay with Taylor. I felt safe with him. She read off names and Taylor had to sit next to Johnson. Lucky. And I had to sit next to this girl that I didn't even know. Everyone settled down and it got quite.

"Now introduce yourself to your new table partner for this section."

I look over at the girl and I introduced myself.

"Hi, I'm Audrey. What's your name?"

"Hi I'm Jessica but I go by Jess."

"Wow, that's a pretty name."

"Thanks but yours is perfect. It really matches you."

That made me smile. I like her. Hopefully we can be friends.

"Ok class settle down, settle down. Now that you know them we will start the section."

The teacher rambled on and on. I kept looking over at Taylor and I was thinking about Brook and honestly I was really scared. I don't wanna be hurt again.

That's when the bell snapped me out of my thoughts. The day went on the usual and the it was lunch.

I got my lunch and today was turkey sub. I went over to the table where me and Taylor sat and I just waited when I finally saw him. He came over and sat next to me.

"So how has school been today other than this morning?"

"Good I guess. I think I made a friend but I'm not for sure."

That's when the other boys came over and Matt was there too.

I looked over at me and smirked and I just looked down. Johnson sat across from me. Jacob sat next to him and the others sat at the end. Good thing that Matt didn't sit over here.

" So what's up guys. I'm glad you both are back together. You guys are perfect." Jack said as I blushed.

I stood up and threw away my garbage and hugged Johnson as a thank you. He's like a older brother to me.

Everyone finished and the bell rang and back to class we go. I went to my locker and as I finished getting my stuff my locker was shut and I thought it was Brook but it was Matt.

Oh no.

"Get away Matt." I shouted pushing him back.

"Babe, don't deny you love me. And you loved that kiss." He said as he leaned in to kiss me but right before his lips touched mine Taylor yanked him away from me and started to punch him. Then Matt got on top and started punching Taylor.

"Matt stop!!!!!" I yelled as I pulled them apart.

Tay's nose was bleeding and Matt had a black eye.

"Stay the fuck away from here or next time you won't see day light."

Holy crap. What just happened.

LAST HOUR

I couldn't get what had just happens 2 hours ago. It blew my mind. I pushed that to the back of my mind as I entered the gym.

Ew.

I got dressed and went and sat in my spot when I noticed that Jess was in this class. I never knew that. But half the hour we didn't talk, I just talked with Jacob.

"Today I want you to jog 13 laps around the gym."

Ugh. Which came from many people mouths. I started running and Jacob came up from behind and slapped my butt.

"Stop Jacob. Don't do that. Taylor will get mad." I said looking him in the eyes.

"I'm playing but you are really gorgeous." I blushed and smiled.

"Thank you." I said jumping up to kiss his cheek.

After all the running I was sweating and I hated that. I changed and took off all the sweat.

I walked out and over to Jess.

"Hey Jess. What's up." I said smiling and hugging her.

"Nothing. But I was wondering if you could hang out later?" She asked and happiness flushed over me.

"I would love to." That's when Jacob walked over to me and put his arm around me.

"Excuse me." I said slapping his hand as he removed it.

"Sorry." He said with a smirk.

He turned his head and made eye contact with Jess and there was dead silence.

"Who's this babe?" He asked looking at Jess.
