Fighting back her tears, she stormed out of the place; where she thought would find some peace. Every time she was ready to let go of her past and start a new life ahead, her past appears in front of her, triggering her emotions she has bottled up inside. Just A single word breaks her heart. This happens with her every single time when she wants happiness in her life; probably which was not written in her fate is what she thinks. Tears made their way out from her eyes making her view blur. Driving the car towards an unknown destination, she made many efforts to rub off the tears from her eyes, in which she couldn't get succeeded.

Pulling off the car in an unknown place, she hopped out of the car and banged the door.

"These tears are something that I never wanted in my life; but I couldn't get them out of my life, though I want to!" She muttered sighing inwardly. A loud sound of tires screeching, made her snap out of her never-ending thoughts.

No need to guess who has come all the way following her. That's her Husband, who's always got her back. From Taking a stand for her everywhere to lending his shoulder for her to weep, he was there every time. Not bothering about the poor soul who's now leaning on the car, resting his hand on her shoulder, She continued adoring the stars, who has got her attention all the while.

After a good 15 minutes, he turned her around, only to witness what he hadn't expected. She's not crying like every time. Whenever something like this happened, she used to cry a lot until the tears dried up. But now, her face is void of any kind of emotion. Her tear-stained face is not doing any good to him.

Wiping the smudged kajal near the corner of her eye, he held her shoulders gently encouraging her to look at him. Not seeing any kind of response he hugged her assuring that he's there. Wrapping her arms around his neck, she let her tears she's holding back till now.

"Why?" She screamed out of her lungs pulling back, falling on her knees.

"Why does it always happens to me?" She cried hiding her face in her palms. Falling on his knees, he gathered her broken soul in his arms, whom he loved with all his heart and soul.

"Shh... It's okay... Don't..." His voice ceased when he felt tears clouding his orbs. Clutching her tightly, he gathered the courage to mend her broken heart. Pulling back, he wiped her tears ever so gently while she held all the love she had for this man in her hazel orbs.

"Please Avi... Don't do this to yourself and me. To US" He whispered in her ears cupping her cheeks while unknown to him, a few drops fell from his eyes.

This is the first time she had seen him cry. Cry for her. No! Cry because of her, her pain, and her past. He stood strong like a rock against all the odds came their way. But now, her past made him cry. If she was not there in his life, he would be a happy man. But if he was not there, then she would be a facade of heartless women beneath a broken soul. But now she's strong because he was and is there for her, consoling her. But what she gave him in return in this relation; except tears and pain.

"I can't do this!" She sighed as few drops of fresh tears left her eyes.

"Look at yourself! How you used to be and how are you now? It's all because of me! Probably, for the first time you've cried and that too solely because of me..."

She cried like anything uttering nonsense while he let her let out the pain cause she would not listen to him now, no matter what he would say to console her.

"No one can stand my presence when they got to know that I'm..." She sobbed snuggling more into him unable to utter those words.

"Avi, don't let out that word. I can't bear seeing you like this. So devasted!" He stated rubbing her back.

"But that's the truth right!" She said pulling back while his eyes widened listening to her.

"No Avi..." She cut his sentence in the middle

"Yes, Neil! That's the truth. I'm... I'm an Illegitimate girl; whose parents are not married and became one out of lust." She started to hiccup. He moved his hand to her cheeks while she moved away from him back facing.

"That's not the truth Neil. They became one out of love and they're married too; but secretly. Then how coke I'm illegitimate Neil? I'm not! How can this society tag someone like that, just so easy? If my parents were not married also, then what's my mistake in that? Coming into this world as their child? Let's just leave this place. I don't want to stay here anymore. Let's go, Abhi, aise hi chale jaate hai hai"

Saying she dragged him, but he rooted to his place. Turning back, she cupped his cheeks

"Agar hum ab iss shehar se dur nahi jaayenge tho tumhe bhi mujhse cheen kar le jayegi iss shehar. Please, Neil."

"No Avi! We can't get out of this city that much easier. Tumhare family, Mom, Dad and Mere family sab yahi hai. Unka memories issi shehar se judi hui hai! Aur tumhe bhi mujhe iss shehar ne hi diya tha! Tho phir hum kaha bhagenge!? Nahi; I'm not going to run away and I also Won't let you go ever!!!..." He said hugging her to his dear life...
