i was in the middle of taking a nap when i hear a harsh knock on my door, i knew immediately that it was yuta.

"what do you want yuta?"

"your package that luca sent is here! hurry so i can see myself!"

i rolled out of bed and i hear a buzzing sound and i realize that luca is calling me.

"hey loser, i hope you got your package it said it delivered today!" he sounds happy.

"yes i did, although i don't know how i'm going to block out the extra pages you know what i mean?" i replied.

"well lucky for you, you have a thoughtful best friend here, who happened to already have thought about it. so basically i just put papers inside the yearbook saying these pages were off limits." i laughed at his response.

"wow so thoughtful of you!" i chuckle "but seriously thank you for sending it over. i'll call you back later, yuta is dying to see what he looked like four years ago." he laughs on the other end and we bid our goodbyes.

i run downstairs to see both an anxious yuta and an anxious taeil.

me and taeil have been getting a little closer, mila recently broke whatever they had off. i called her immediately after taeil told me and she apologized and said that she couldn't do that to me and that soon enough there's gonna be something there between us which i'm still very in denial about.

but after that whole situation we have just been talking more catching up about what has happened in the last four years.

"DUDEEEE HURRY UP!" yuta yells at me. "i'm dying to see what i looked like!"

"okay okay okay." i open the book and flip to our senior class. i also see what luca was talking about when he said he blocked off the pages, my high school did the cheesy things like 'cutest couples' things like that and taeil and i happened to be on that page.

"oh shit look theres the boys." taeil sound excited. "it's crazy how they look the same yet so different."

"look at me guys i'm still hot." yuta blurts out. taeil and i look at him then at each other and we bust into a laughter.

taeil is closely looking at everyone as if he's trying hard to remember he looks at my picture then looks back at me then looks back down. i looked down at my thumbs.

both yuta and taeil take pictures of my yearbook and send it into their group chat they all have with the guys. i got an alert that i received a message i look down and it's taeyong.

i don't want to make him feel like he has to remember me.

after that i put my phone in my pocket when i notice yuta and taeil still looking down at the yearbook. they attempt to turn the page and yuta looks up at me and i'm already eyeing him bc he should know what is next but he catches on and briefly says,

"okay that's enough reminiscing for now." he laughs.

"that's crazy there was even a picture with all of us on the bottom of our senior page." taeil says.

i look down from it and i'm in the middle and there was taeil next to me and all the boys and jungwoo's girlfriend at the time was in there.

"good times." i smiled.

"was jungwoo the only one with a girlfriend? how were all of you guys good looking and none of y'all had girlfriends?!" taeil laughs out loud.

"no" yuta says bluntly obviously forgetting that taeil didn't remember until his eyes shot up.

"i think what he means is all the guys had little flings nothing ever serious. and jungwoo well his girlfriend ended up cheating on him like once school let out. but these boys couldn't be in serious relationships. they weren't cut out for it."

"i'd like to think i was." taeil said while looking at both yuta and i.

"i'm pretty sure you were cut out for a relationship. you just probably didn't have the time for one." i smile at him.

it hurt me to say that because i really miss him.

i go back to my room and i start crying, i haven't cried in a while so i guess it was kinda time to let it out, until i hear a soft knock at my door.

"uh come in." i sit up at my desk, in the corner of my room.

"are you alright?" taeil asked me.

"yes i'm all good, i thought you were going out with yuta?" i question kinda.

"nah he's going out with cindy, from the cafe shop and i didn't wanna third wheel." i chuckle at his response.

"well i was just checking in on you, you kinda walked out fast when we were looking at the yearbook."

"ah yeah i'm good," i lightly smile, "i just missed highschool, everything was so much easier, regardless of the stressing."

"i wish i could remember it, at least my freshman year," he pouts. "it sucks i can't remember shit from my whole four years."

"hey it's alright, you were an amazing guy back in school. always focused on making others happy." i smile at him while giving him a hug.

as soon as the hug ends i look down and he looks back at me with a hopeful look in his eyes.

"uh imma go back to my room i have an essay due tomorrow that i should probably start!" with that he storms out of my room.

that was really weird.
