A couple days later, Seven found herself in a dark blue dress, a black sweater, and long boots, following Six inside the mess hall. She's been following him around since the accident. No one was supposed to die, and he did, for a few moments. She really likes Six, and even though he thinks she's really weird, she still likes him ad he likes her. Besides, Seven knows that Six feels protective of her too. The two take a seat at the table and listen to Five tell Four what she wants to buy when they get to the space station.

"I'm gonna buy myself a pair of goggles, some work gloves, and a brand new micro-gauge plasma cutter with a rotating tholium-carbide head."

Three takes a seat and places a plate in front of her, "You'll cut your hands off, kid."

"What are you gonna buy?"

"A curvy redhead."

"Let's keep it classy," One says on the other side of the room.

"Ok. A brunnette with a sexy accent."

"I want meat," Six says chimming in. "You know real meat. Not this vat-grown stuff."

"Amen."

Then Four speaks, "We should consider putting the money to better use- maybe upgrading the ship's defenses."

"Alright you knock your self out with that but ah, I'm going to buy myself somthing nice, and limber."

"Music, I want to dance," Seven says picking at her food.

Two walks in, not giving anyone much tome to think about what Seven said. Most would have thought it would be somethig strange and weird, but all she wants is music so she can dance. Six heard it though, and he finds it strange how the only thing she wants is music, but doesn't complain. She's a mystery that they probably wont solve.

"Ok, I've run the numbers," Two says holding a ship pad that is connected to the computer.

"So, how much do we have to spend?" Six asks.

"Well, after refuleing, repair costs, and docking fees we're left with exactly... zero."

"What?"

"Not even enough for goggles?" asks Five

"Or a nice meal?" Six says.

"Or a redhead?"Three asks.

"Sorry, guys. We're broke."

"Now hang on a second," Three starts. "You said those Mikkei guys gave you a nice bonus for setting up that mining deal."

Seven spaced out Two and Three's little fight/conversation, along with whatever happened between the crew before hand. She didn't feel the need to listen to it. She was just playing a little tune over and over in her head. Besides, this stuff is boring. She just wants to get to the space station and see a new place, not the same old ship she might not ever leave. All that really passed through her ears is the fact that One and Three are going to try and find a buyer for the weapons they have on board, and everyone else has to try and find random things they can sell.

As Six got up to go, so did Seven. She's sticking to him like glue.

...

The only thing Seven found worth selling was a glass figurine. It's in the shape of a heart and it has the word love carved into it. So, no one here's going to miss it, especially with their memories gone. A few others found a few good things to sell, but everything else was just a bunch of junk that was probably not going to pay much.

She followed Six and Five around the whole time, and she followed them off the ship and onto the space station.

Once on the space station, Two made it clear on how they would split up. One and Three left to try and find a buyer for the weapons, and Four just went off on his own.
