Chapter: 1

Peter's p.o.v

I wake up in a hurry as I missed my 3 alarms as I stayed up untill 4 this morning, because of patrol and there was a lot of crime on this particular night. I get into the shower and after  put on a science pun shirt and jeans. I brushed my hair and head down stairs. I smelt something delicious and as I entered the kitchen I see Aunt May and bacon sandwich.
"Morning, May. Did you sleep well?" I ask with a big smile plastered on my face.
"Well I did and I made you bacon sandwich for breakfast. Hope your hungry." She said as she hands me the food.
I look at my phone and notice the time it was 7:50 and decathlon practice starts at 8:00so I'm going to be late. I panic and run out of the door as I say goodbye to May.

I run the entire way and get their in time for practice. I walk and see MJ and Ned. I have and say "Hi Sir, I'm sorry I'm late." I sit in my seat between MJ and Ned.
"Peter," Mr Harrington said sadly, "If this happens again I will  have to kick you from the teem and I don't want to do that."I hear flash giggle in the background."Your one of the best people we have on the team and i don't want to lose you." Flash went silent and I nodd in respons.
The rest of practice went on as usual. Then we were dismissed as school was about to start.

~Time skip to lunch ~

Peter's p.o.v

Ned,MJ and I sat at our usual table and we start to eat when we hear "Peter Parker please report to the principles office." over the speakers. The hall went quiet with a some people still talking including Flash (which is about me). I stood up and walked to the principles office.

~Time skip the principles office~

Peter's p.o.v

I nock on the door hopping I wasn't in trouble. I hear a come in and enter to see Tony and an informalia man sitting next to him opposite the Mr Bolt. Mr Bolt looks sad and concerned. I am verry worried. I sit down next to Tony and look at him.
"Peter this is Detective Jake Peralta and he has some sad news."
I look at Mr Peralta and he said with a sad voice "I sorry to inform you but you Aunt May Parker sadly passed away from a bullet wound to the left solder. She was in a drive by and got shot. She died on scene. We tried all we could to save her. I'm ever so sorry for haveing to tell you this and your loss."
I start to cry hard. Thoughts rush through my head. 'I'm the only one left. I'm lonely weak Peter Parker. Where am I goi...'
When my thoughts were interrupted by someone hugging me and saying "Every thing is going to be ok." It was Tony.
Mr Bolt then said "Mr Stark has offered for you to stay with him while all this is sorted out. Ok?" I nod to the question.
"And if you would like you can go with Mr Stark to process this" He continues as I am still crying and i look up and say "Y... y... yes...p...p... leas" inbetween sobbs. Then Tony and I leave and headed to the tower.

~Time skip to Stark Tower~

Peter's p.o.v

We walked in with me still sobbing and go straight to the private elevator with on one asking questions. The I hear a female voice saying "Hello, Tin Can," Tony rolls his eyes, "and hello Peter Parker. What floor do you want to go to?"
"The common room please Friday. Thanks." He replies with a sad tone. Two minutes later we get the the common room and when the door open we hear chatter coming from the couches and floor. They all turn at the same time and stand. Captain America ask " Tones, who is this?"pointing to me which makes me more nervous than before.
"Everyone this is Peter. Peter this is The Averagers." He announcing "He is going to be staying here with us for a little while." So people were a bit confused. "Tony how do you know this kid? And what's wrong? Why is he crying?" The black widow ask as the rest were probably thinking that.
"Well I'm going to take him to his room and then we will talk." I would probably be fanboying if Ant May didn't just die. Everyone nodding while I was still stood their crying.
We walk down the hall to a spare room and go sit on the bed and Tony side hugs me and says" I going to leave you here to calm down and process  this and I will speak to the team, Ok?" I look up and give a slite nod.

~Tony's p.o.v~

After I leave the kid in the guest room I walk to the team. When I get their and sat down and explain" The kid has just lost his Aunt and he has no family left." Everyone sat their in sadness and concerned.
Nat asked "But how do you know him? And why is he so special? Not trying to be rude."
"Well 1) he was the youngest intern in Stark Industries' history. 2) then he became my personal intern and he grow on me." " wait our telling me that the Tony Stark has a hart. " Clint says sounding surprised which got a glare from Nat. Then they stared at the door way so I ternd around to see the kid. As he is here I introduce him to the others.
