Chapter 4- Plan Failed

I turned over after turning off my phone. "Well atleast I know that he has my back in this weird crush thing..." I sigh and smile. "But... I hope they can help me figure this out..." I finally am able to go to sleep dreaming of ways I can confess to her. I am too shy. Damn it.

~Time skip to the next day at lunch still with Tamaki but in 3rd person~

Tamaki sat down eating his food as his two friends sat down following him.

"Ok! So Mirio you said you wanted to talk about our Kitten's crush?" Nejire giggled and smiled sweetly at the shy boy.

"Yes! He wants to ask her out but he's too shy to ask her out in person or through text! We need to be able to set up a blind date for him! You're a girl so you'll know what she'll like most likely!" Mirio was smiling as he said such things confidently.

Nejire tapped her chin thinking for a minute. "Oh! I got it! What if he asks her through text to meet him somewhere like the park at sunset? Either that or we can set it up in a random place that will surprise both parties involved!" She winked at Mirio causing Tamaki to freak out and he stopped eating.

"B...But what if she doesn't like t...the place you pick...? O...Or if she just doesn't show up...?" Tamaki looked down barely making his voice audible. "T...That'd hurt me more then h...her just saying no..." He started to fiddle with his thumbs and looks at his lap.

Mirio patted his friend's back. "Don't worry Tamaki! We'll handle this! Let us play Cupid!" He smiled reassuringly at his friend, which caused Tamaki to sigh and look at his uneaten food.

"I...I lost my appetite... I'm going to g...go to the courtyard...." He stood up packing up his lunch before walking out. He walked to the courtyard outside the school. He was sitting underneath a tree just watching the Sakura's fall from them. He smiled softly. He got distracted as he seen a girl with (h/l) (h/c) hair walking infront of the school on her phone.

He shook his head looking at her. "T... That can't be her... What's she doing here...?" He looked towards his phone and seen lunch was almost up. He quickly got up and just as he started to walk a notification went off on his phone. "Please... Please... Don't let it be her..."

Crush💞?: Hey. Is it about your lunchtime? I'm waiting outside the gates. I wanted to meet the person I've been texting. Can you please come to the gate?

Tamaki freaked out. He almost dropped his phone. He took a screenshot and sent it to Mirio.

Tamaki: Help me! She is wanting to meet me! Idk what to do!

Mirio looked at his message from Tamaki then ran out to the courtyard. He saw the (h/c) haired girl and smiled walking over to her with Tamaki in tow.

"Hey (Y/N)! What brings you here? Aren't you supposed to be in the hospital still?" Mirio smiled brightly as Tamaki was just pulled along.

"Oh hey Mirio! Hey, Tamaki right?" Tamaki just nodded staying silent. "Someone from this school started texting me and I figured it was about lunchtime here so I came by to see if I could meet up with them!" She was smiling brightly looking around the two boys looking for someone else. Tamaki just froze not doing anything, including breathing. He was forced to breathe by Mirio lightly punching his shoulder to remind him to breathe.

Mirio smiled. "Ooo! Sounds exciting but lunch is just about to end for us! Someone texted me last night saying that they wanted to go on a date with you but were too scared to ask you face to face or through text. If you want I can send you the details!" Mirio's smile was warm and full of happiness.

"Sure! I don't have anything better to do!" She smiled back and held out her hand for Tamaki. "It was nice to meet you Tamaki! I hope we can become friends! And thank you for saving my life!" Tamaki's eyes scanned her hand as he froze once again. Mirio sighed and made his friend extend his hand to hers.

"Sorry for him. He's just super nervous. He doesn't usually talk to many people." Mirio patted his friend's back as Tamaki just blushed looking away.

Mirio started walking back to class pulling his friend waving to (Y/N). "I'll text you the details when we get out of school!" He turned around to face the school once again. He elbowed Tamaki. "You know you're not hiding the fact that you are T.A. very well. You need to be like 'Oh who's that? Never heard of them!'" His friend laughed at Tamaki as Tamaki went to a wall putting his forehead against it completely embarrassed.

"I...I just can't help it... S...She's so pretty and c...cute..." Tamaki looked down at his feet and stared.

"It's ok! Me and Nejire discussed it and you are going on this blind date! We'll be there to help you ok?" Tamaki started to freak out an hyperventilate looking at his feet. He shoved his hands in his pockets.

"M...Mirio... What if she's disappointed... I...I'm not special or any...anything... All I am is Fatgum's intern..." He kicked his feet lightly and teared up a bit. "Mirio... What if I mess it up..? What if I make her hate... Me...?" He eventually broke down against the wall in front of his friend. So many bad thoughts were running through his mind all at once.

Mirio sat him down and saw Nejire. "Hey Nejire. Tamaki's having a panic attack. Can you tell the teacher we'll be in the nurse's office then meet us there?" Nejire nodded.

"Is he ok? Is it because of the date?" Mirio nodded and Nejire got on her knees beside Tamaki before hugging him. "Kitten. You don't have to go on the date. I'm sure you'll get the courage to ask her yourself. It'll be fine. I promise. We'll just tell her you were having a panic attack about the date." She smiled sweetly at her friend and pulled away. "Go to the nurse's office with Mirio and I'll be there after telling the teacher where we are." Tamaki nodded still crying heavily and he stood up weakly. He walked beside Mirio on the way to the nurse's office as Nejire went and told the teacher. Mirio also texted (Y/N) that her date was too nervous to show up or even think about the date so it would probably be cancelled.

~Time Skip (Y/N)'s POV~

I was sitting outside U.A waiting to see if I could possibly see who T.A. is. "Hmm... Maybe they are buff and strong and super handsome? I wonder what color their hair is? What is their eye color?" She kept thinking not realizing that her phone was going off with various text messages all from T.A.

T.A. 🤫🤫: Mirio... She's outside again... What am I going to do...? She'll be disappointed it's me... I know she will... I can't face her... I just wanna go home...

Me: Hmmm.... This isn't Mirio but if you are worried about meeting me I'll leave.

I stood up and looked around seeing Tamaki on his phone. "Wait... What's his last name? I need to ask Mirio. It could be him. T for Tamaki and A for whatever his last name is. He does look nervous so it could be him." I sigh standing up just as I do I see him almost drop his phone as he read something on his phone. "What a weirdly cute boy."
