When The Dust Settles

You were currently going 230mph towards Blackwell, not stopping for anyone or anything. You looked at your G.P.S. screen in your car and saw you were nearing the school so you left off the gas and let your momentum carry you to the parking lot as you quickly parked your car and turn the key to shut it off. You pocket your key as you get out of your car. You lock the door and made your way towards the school. You were about to go inside only to see Chloe and Max rush out of the building towards her truck in a state of...panic? You quickly went back into your car and before you started your car you noticed Mr. Jefferson getting into his car and leave quickly. You decided to tail him to see why he's so quick to leave a party that he was hosting. Following lead you to the junkyard. He parked his car behind Chloe's truck.

You:(CHLOE'S TRUCK!? OH SHIT!!!)

You park your car where it'll be hidden and rush after Mr. Jefferson. You get there and see Chloe looking at a hole in the ground with Max standing back a bit. You quickly got behind cover to stay hidden. It was quiet for a moment and once you decided they'd be ok, you went to leave but were stopped by Max's yell.

Max: CHLOE!

You turn to see Max reaching her hand out and slowly drop to the ground as Chloe stands up and goes to draw her gun.

Chloe: WHAT THE FU-

BANG!!!

Your heart sank as you watched the blue-haired girl dropped dead to the ground. You hid behind the rusted bus to see Mr. Jefferson come around the corner. Mr. Jefferson then stood over Max for a moment as she passed out then he put her over his shoulder and carry her to his car. You followed him silently to a old barn. You waited about 10 minutes to make sure your approach would go unnoticed. You then get out of your car and sneak your way into the barn. You get inside threw a hole in the wall and look around to see a dark empty room. You search the room until you come across a staircase with an ominous glow coming from the bottom. You were creeped out but you pushed on for Max and Chloe. You sneak down and you come to some curtains, you slowly walk up to them and peek threw as you hear Mr. Jefferson talk to Max.

Mr. Jefferson: You gave me a scare this week Max, when you accused Nathan of drugging Kate...I thought you were on to us, but I bet you couldn't fathom your precious teacher being behind it all.

You started to sneak up behind him but your coat caught on something and pulled it off a glass table you walked past. You hear glass smash on the ground and stopped in your tracks as Mr. Jefferson turns and makes eye contact with you threw your shades. You then rush at him as he runs for a tripod for a camera. You punch him across the face and he stumbles back a bit towards the tripod, he then grabs it and slams it across your face as you ran in to hit him again.  You fall to the ground and roll around as your head throbbed in immense pain.

You: fuck...that hurt...

Mr. Jefferson stands over you.

Mr. Jefferson: so nice of you to join us Phantom, I guess I wasn't very good at evading Arcadia Bay's number one hero...whoops, did I say hero? I MEANT VIGILANTE!!! Nobody is going to notice that your missing pal....

You struggle to get up but he just kicks you in the side and forces you onto your back. Mr. Jefferson then kneels and takes your mask and shades off.

Mr. Jefferson: I knew it...you aren't the best at hiding your identity (Y/N) (L/N). I noticed on how after Nathan stabbed you, you suddenly went on "vacation" for a few weeks...or how you're friends with Max and Chloe as The Phantom was conveniently protective over them during the same time. It doesn't take genius to figure it out...

He chuckles over his victory as you lay there helplessly. You then hear footsteps rushing down the stairs as Mr. Jefferson hides around the corner to ambush.
