as marina brings up that she's gonna stay over at your place, which so happens to be located in the shabbier part of town guzman's expression immediately turns into one of disapproval & he tries to talk his sister out of it.
"what if something happens to you. the people around there are unpredictable! drug dealers, thieves, thugs..."
"you don't know shit about there, guzman," marina snaps at him. "but fine if you have such a big problem with y/n's home then we're gonna do the sleepover at our place."
"no, that's definitely out of question! how long do you know y/n? three weeks? i don't trust these filthy stipendiaries. just think about, you know," he lowers his voice ,"mum and dad's savings. i just hope your friend can control her fingers."
marina gasps, throwing her hands in the air in anger as she stomps off not being able to bear anymore of her brother's abstruse prejudices.
