"Hey" lee says walking in smiling at Zo. Zo smiles back and gives her a hug.
She couldn't believe she's really here. That she got her dream guy ,but she still doesn't know. He feels distant at times. Really weird like he's scared to let her in at times.
"How are you." She says smiling rubbing his back. He just smiles a little and kisses her. She's shocked because he's never like right out kissed her before. Yeah she's kissed him but never like this. It was a simple kiss and she liked it. She smirks and laughs.
"I'm good baby." She looks away a little while smiling.
Zo grabs her hand and looks her in the eyes and she sees just fear in his eyes but he covers it quickly.
"What's wrong Alonzo?" She says grabbing his hand.
"None I'm just out of it for no reason. My mind been racing but I'm fine now that you're here." He says smiling and for a second she believes him she really does.
"Okay good I'm just looking out for you. I want you to be okay." She says smiling and hugging him he hugs her back and sighs.
"I'm going to do my best to do right by you." She looks up at him and smiles at him and kisses him.
"I care about you a lot." She says. Zo really wanted to believe that but he couldn't so he just smiled and said none thing to her. He was fighting demons but she was his angle.

The next few days with Zo and lee was weird it was like Zo physically but not mentally. He would zone out at random moments and not talk the other.
"Have you been okay ? You've been weird lately." She says sitting next to him and hugging him.
"Yes I promise I'm just adjusting. I'll be okay I just need to go to my therapist." He says looking off into space.
"Who hurt you baby ?" She says and he looks down at her and blinks and looks right back up.
"Life." He says and stops at that because he didn't want to go into detail.
"I'm here for you no matter what. Me and you we're going to be good." She says and he smiles at her and gives her a kiss.
"I'm happy I have you." He says knowing it's the truth. He was happy. She made him happy. She made him almost whole again but he's still healing.
"I'm here to listen if you need anything." He wanted to tell her he really did but he she shook his head no.
"Okay just making sure." She said hugging him even tighter. It was like she was holding for dear life scared if she let him go he'll be gone forever.
She didn't know what was going on with him but she knew she wasn't going anywhere.
She thought it was kind of weird because he had just won her over to being his a few weeks prior and now he's acting like this. She knew sometimes he was like this though and she didn't mind taking care of him.
She would always be there for him no matter what they went through.
