'Honey, I don't think the door is going to unlock itself. You are staring at it for five minutes now. Don't forget, you have to go to the secretary to receive your schedule.'

I hear the amused voice of my father saying. I give him a quick kiss on the cheek and leave the car. I go towards the school, and the first thing I notice is the building of the 'Clinton High'. It looks ancient, but at the same time, it has a nice touch of modern in it. Next, I see all kinds of clothes. So I start assuming what type of people I'll meet here. The nerds, besides their hideous clothes, I could hear them talking about The not so Great Gatsby from the inside of my dad's car. Next, I see the 'I'm not like other girls' group of girls and well, boys dressed in retro clothing items and edgy accessories; the 'You can't sit with us' group, of course, with girls and boys dressed in fancy clothes. I spotted a few loners and a group of normal-looking people, and honestly, if I were to choose my group, I would choose this one. Of course, everybody must think I'm daddy's girl, which I am, but I don't think it's written on my forehead 'Stare at me and make me feel more uncomfortable.' Ugh, get a life! As I go towards the main entrance of the school, I see the name of the high school again. Wait, where did I hear about this high-school before? NO NO WAY! This is Bella's old high school. Why am I 99% sure that a certain someone is studying here? If he does, just ignore him AND CARRY ONE WITH YOUR DARN LIFE, my conscience whisper-shouts at me.

'I'm sorry are you Rose Wilde?' I hear somebody saying from the door. I got so caught up in my thoughts I didn't even notice that I was holding the door open. I probably looked like a psychopath.

' Oh yeah, that's me ' I say trying to crack a smile to the boy that called out my name.

'I'm Paris Humphrey. And I'm here to show you how to get to the secretary. I'm sorry I can't help you with more, but I really have to go to this class; otherwise, Mr Dole won't allow me to pass his class.

'It's okay Paris, I don't mind. I only have one question. Is a certain Max Kingsley studying here?' I ask, hoping that the answer is no.

' Already asking about me love?' the voice that I was hoping I'll never hear again says. 'Thank you Rome, I got it from here.' He says signalling to Paris to leave.

Am I EVEN SURPRISED? The nerve of this boy. 'You wish. I was just making sure I'll have a peaceful senior year, but I see that I was wrong to assume such a thing.' I say, rolling my eyes at him.

'Actually, I'm here to pick up my files. Guess who is stuck here and who just transferred to Richmond High?' Max says, pointing at himself.

Somebody up there really hates me. At least I'm not stuck here with him I try to comfort myself.

'Come on, I'll show you around if I'm still here. It's okay you don't have to thank me.'

'I think I can manage just fine, thank you.' I say scowling at him.

' Come, I'll show you where you can find the secretary to pick up your schedule and then I'll make you a tour.'

Fine, if that's how you want to play, I quit the game. I just follow him to the secretary, ignoring every stupid word that comes out of his mouth.
