The female 1st class SOLDIER

I head inside the seventh heaven bar to meet up with my friend Tifa Lockhart. God i havent seen her since that incodent in Niebelhiem. It was a very tragic day for us. We went there to check out the mako reactor and investigate the whereabouts of my ex lover Genesis. He went missing after he started deterating from too much mako being infused to him. It was me, Zach, Sephiroth and some shinra soldiers that i couldnt fully remember. One of the shinra soldiers were from Niebelhiem though he didnt seem to thrilled to be back home. Thats where i first met Tifa and became good friends with her. That dreadful night though, sephiroth was acting strange. Maybe it was my fault he went crazy, after all, between the 2 men that fell for me i chose Genesis over him. I tried to talk to him but he kept babbling on about clones and jenova. Then he snapped. He killed the villagers who were so kind enough to let us stay and investigate and burned it down. I remember i ran to the moutain with the shinra soldier after hearing that Tifa went after sephiroth and zach went to find Tifa there. But we were a bit late. Tifa was injured and so was zach, i watched the whole thing in horror. I tried to attack him but he knocked me out. He didnt try to kill or hurt me at all. When i came to shinra was there and the shinra soldier was badly wounded, and sephiroth was dead. I kept visiting Tifa in the hospital and she didnt blame me at all. I was surprised but after all that happened i quit SOLDIER. "Hi Asai its been years since we last saw each other". I looked up and saw tifa smiling. "Y..yea it has". She giggled a bit. "You havent changed at all, still a bit shy, anyway there is a reason i called you here, i want you to join AVALANCHE to help bring down Shinra". I wasnt surprised, after all they've done i understood her need for vengeance. Just then a blonde man came up from the basement on an elevator like mechanism. "Oh hey cloud, this is Asai, she's going to join us to bring down Shinra". The man seemed surprised to see me, i had no clue why i never met the man. "Um...h..hi" i said shyly. He walked towards me and said "nice to see you". I was confused didnt he mean nice to meet you? "Cloud here was a 1st class SOLDIER like you Asai, do you remember him"? "N..no im sorry". He looked a bit down after i said that. "Anyways, were going out tonight to blow up another reactor, you in"? Tifa said cheerfully. I nodded. "Ofcourse, i cant forgive them, not after all they have done". When i went back after that incident, before i quit, they requested i go to see Dr.Hojo. that name alone gave me nightmares. He found out my secret i kept hidden and used it to his advantage. I remember all the horrible experaments he did on me. "Anyways lets get going"! Tifa said running out of the door. I got up and followed behind her and cloud followed behind me. He kept starring at me like i was some long lost friend he once knew. We entered the reactor and set the bomb but when we tried to escape the president of Shinra himself showed up. "Well well well, if it isnt AVALANCHE and look who it is with them, one of our greatest 1st class SOLDIERS"! "So you remember me then" said cloud. "No, i dont remember you, i was talking about her". He pointed at me as i unheathed my kitana ready to fight. "Its been awhile President Shinra" i said with venom in my words. "It has Asai, to bad it will be the last time". As he said this he sent out a machine to destroy us. We destroyed it instead ofcourse but the bomb we set went off and cloud fell. We suspected he died. After awhile we got information about a man named don corneo, we planned that me and tifa go disguised as candidates for the don and get info out of him about Shinra. When we got there though we met up with two other women. "Hi, you must be tifa and asai, cloud has been talking all about you guys" said the woman in red. "Wait clouds ok"? Tifa asked, i could tell she was relieved. "Cloud arent you going to say hi, arent they the friends you talked about"? The other woman turned around and walked towards us. "Cloud"? Tifa questioned. She looked at the woman and in shocked yelled "cloud it is you, why are you dressed loke that"? "Th...thats cloud"?! I said in shock. Then i bursted out laughing. I couldn't help it, it was hilarious! "Ok thats enough, why are you guys here anyway"? He said. Tifa told him all the details till we were called to present ourselves to don corneo. As the don inspected us he unfortunately picked me. 'Great, i was hoping he wouldve picked cloud' i thought. We went to his room and he kept trying to get me in bed with him, asking messed up questions like if i liked him, eww. Suddenly cloud and the others burst through the door, oh thank fucking gaia! We tried getting info out of him but we fell through the trap door he had.

*timeskip cuz im lazy whatever*

We were in aeriths house trying to hide from Shinra and protect her, me especially since we were friends when zach was still alive. But suddenly shinra arrived sure enough and took aerith with them. We planned to break into shinra corp to save her. But when we got there we foind it was a trap. There we sat in the jail cells without our weapons. "Soo...asai, tell us about when you were in SOLDIER you know, since were here for awhile". Said Barrett. I liked Barrett, he didnt take shit from anyone and he always tried to protect his daughter. "Well...before i quit, i had some friends who were also 1st class, genesis, who i fell in love with but, he...he died, Sephiroth, who, well...im sorry but, i cant talk about him". "Sephiroth, you remember him"? Cloud said. "Well...yea, who wouldnt remeber what he did"? "Then...you should remember me then". He said "i..im sorry but i dont, some of my memories are fuzzy, i got hit in the head pretty hard". Thay was kind of a lie and a truth, some of my memories faded, mostly of how sephiroth kept advancing himself on me and some of genesis and zach, i didnt even remember Angeal the man that trained us. We fell asleep after an awkward silence and when we awoke the cells were opened and cloud was trying to wake me up. "Mm...cloud, how did you get out of your cell"? I asked. "Nevermind that, we need to leave now"! He was right, it was our only chance to escape. As we headed out, we saw a horrible site, all the people in the building were dead. As we went to the presidents office we saw the president was dead to, and in his back, i couldn't beleive it, it was masamune, sephiroths sword, but it couldnt be, he died years ago, it was impossible. After we saw rufus shinra escape we ran out of the building. We decided it was best to leave midgar and continue on. We headed to the nearby town of kalm where we stayed at an inn. As we try to stratigize our next move cloud began to talk about the incident. "I was on a mission with sephiroth and Asai to Niebelhiem to investigate a mako reactor, thats why i was kind of hurt that you didnt remember me Asai". I felt horrible, i was there with him and i didnt remember? Was he one of the shinra soldiers? "I was 1st class SOLDIER by then". As he continued i  kept thinking to myself that cant be right, i thought that was zach not cloud, why cant i remember it, why is it so fuzzy? "Cloud"? I said, "yea"? "I..im sorry i didnt remember you, you...you were my friend and...i just..". "Its ok asai, sephiroth hit your head pretty hard, but i was surprised that he didnt even try to kill you, i guess, he was still in love with you". I just stayed silent for a bit. "Maybe thats why...he went crazy, because i didnt love him back". "No, thats no excuse for him to do what he did asai, none of it was your fault". Cloud then hugged me which surprised me a bit. "Th...thank you cloud".
