The smell of coffee surrounds the area, the warm atmosphere providing the sense of comfort that the two truly are aiming for. It's about eight in the evening when San and Wooyoung had stumbled upon the cafe, it's unusually still open despite it being late.

Upon entering, they were immediately hit with the scent of a vampire and an angel. Wooyoung immediately grabbed San's wrist before he turned away and runs out of the cafe.

"San, give this place a chance at least." He lightly pleaded, his bottom lip jutting out. San sighed, nodding defeatedly. He wouldn't admit it but there was something about this place that was already pulling the both of them.

They both sat at the table nearby the window side, their hands on the menus picking out what they would like to drink.

"Good Evening, may I take your order?" They looked up, their skin suddenly prickling with electricity, causing goosebumps to rise.

"Uh," San was speechless. There in front of them, a beautiful waiter stands with his polite smile stretched on his lips. He felt a shove under the table, realizing all too late that he had been staring at the waiter.

"I'll take a strawberry milkshake." Wooyoung diverted the attention off of San. "And he, uh," He gestured for San to start talking and stop embarrassing himself.

"Green tea latte." The waiter flashed him a comforting smile, enough to make San's heart beat faster than before. If only Wooyoung also has a heart, he would also feel the same but he could feel that Wooyoung also notices the buzz sparking inside of them.

"Strawberry milkshake and green tea latte for...?"

"San and Wooyoung." The waiter took down their orders in his notepad, bowing slightly at them before leaving the two of them alone. San let out a breath, making Wooyoung raise an eyebrow at him out of amusement.

He didn't comment so, and instead, San made it his duty to stare at Wooyoung. "Stop staring." Wooyoung blushed, taking notice of San's eyes raking him.

"I can't help it, you're sexy." San winked. Wooyoung rolled his eyes and leaned forward to shove him lightly.

"Stop your horny ass. We're not going to have sex here."

"I'm not implicating that, I just wanted to appreciate your sexiness." His lips curled up into a tiny smile, seeing his mate shyly look away with a grin on his face. That is until they have been disrupted by a series of shouts.

Their attention quickly diverted from each other, looking at the commotion. They saw the same waiter kneeling on the floor and picking up the glass shards of what seems to be a cup. He was apologizing, head hanging low in embarrassment however, the customer wasn't taking any of it and continued to further embarrass the waiter.

San's eyes flashed red, fury residing within him as he stares at the scene in front of him. The customer halted on their words, falling onto their knees then wailed in pain while clutching their head tightly.

The waiter couldn't help but look in horror, abandoning his tasks then checking in on the customer, only to be shoved harshly away and towards the shards that wounded his hand.

San felt a warm hand ground on his shoulder, stopping him from any further actions. He took a deep breath, looking away at the customer to control himself.

"Don't do it too much. You're going to get caught." Wooyoung reminded, tapping his finger lightly on his shoulder before retracting. San shook his head, glancing back at the waiter.

He could feel warmth spread in his body due to the kindness that the waiter demonstrated in front of them. Even if the customer was nothing but rude, the waiter helped the customer out. Before the customer could make another scene, a tall man walked out and talked with the customer. He could see his finger point at the door, pulling the waiter behind him as a defense.

The customer snarled, rolling their eyes before walking out of the door without any other complaints. The tall man circled to check on the waiter, he took the injured hand and gestured somewhere behind the counter.

"Yeosang..." Wooyoung's voice broke the silence between them, startling San out of his daze. San made a confused noise, tilting his head in curiosity. "I can hear their conversation from here. The waiter's name is Yeosang." San nodded, turning back to skim his eyes at the human.

"Yeosang." He tested the roll of his name on his tongue, feeling as if it's somewhat right for him.

"Can you feel the pull?" His eyebrows furrowed, "The mate pull, you can feel it right?"

"What? There is no way he's our mate. He's human!" San denied although he isn't too distaste about it however a human being a mate with creatures like them is rarely heard of.

"You're a devil but you don't see me complaining." He huffed in defeat, rolling his eyes at seeing Wooyoung smirk at him.

"Still," He sighed, "There's a difference. I know all about soulmates and about our kinds but he... he's a human, he doesn't know that we are not a myth." They are quick to drop the conversation as footsteps neared them. However, disappointment flashes in their faces at seeing a different person serve them their orders.

"The waiter before had his hand injured, so I had to serve for the two of you." The red-haired male smiles politely at them, taking notice that his scent is similar to Wooyoung's. "Don't worry, I didn't eavesdrop on any of your conversations." He assured, placing the tray on the table and giving them their orders. He picked up the tray, bowing at them before moving back to the counter.

"We could never know. Maybe he knows about our kinds all along." Wooyoung took a sip of the milkshake. San nodded lightly, taking Wooyoung's hand into his under the table.

"I want to get to know him."

"We both do. But we have to wait until tomorrow." Both of them stood up, their hands holding the cup of their drinks. "Let him rest for the day." They intertwined their hands with one another, glancing back at the counter where they could see Yeosang perched up in the counter.

As they were about to turn around and leave. Yeosang's head snapped up, waving slightly at them. "Thank you for visiting!" At that point, they wanted to hear his voice again.
