Chapter 19

Hayes Pov
I've been up for the past two days. After what Nash told me, I couldn't sleep. I don't know what's going on with me. I promised Amber I wouldn't turn into the twins but i am. I have to get my shit straight. It's killing me knowing that i'm hurting her.

I decided to get dressed and clean myself up. I'm going to the mall to get those big teddy bears you always see. Amber told me she's always wanted one. After getting her that, i go get her a smoothie because she loves them. I know this doesn't make up for anything but it's a start. My phone starts to ring and i see it's Nash.

"Hey Nash what's up?"
"Where are you?" He said agitated
"I'm out picking a few things up for Amber. I'm going to go see her today." I say
"I'll come with."
"Nash i don't need a babysitter." I sigh
"It's not for you it's for me. I need to know she's safe" He says.
"Fine i'm at the mall just meet me there i guess." I say and hang up.

I walk back to my car and i go to the twins house. When I pull up I see Nash is already here. I grab her favorite hoodie of mine with my cologne on it along with the teddy bear and smoothie. I walk to the door and knock. Here goes nothing.

Ethan's POV
Nash came over and said Hayes was coming along. Me and Grayson immediately tensed up. I walked upstairs to wake Amber up to tell.

"Amber, wake up sweets." I rub her face and she starts to wake up.
"Hey" She smiles. I return a smile.
"Don't freak out but Hayes is coming over." I say to her. She stops smiling and has a blank expression on her face.
"Amber? Are you okay?" I say but she doesn't answer. She stands up and goes to the bathroom. I sigh and put my head in my hands. I hear the door lock and things being moved around. Then I hear her crying. Shit, i have a razor in there.

I run to the door and bang.
"Hey Amber open up for me okay." No answer, just small cry's.
"Amber don't do it. You're better than this okay. Just let me in and we can talk." I yell. Still nothing. I then decide to run downstairs to find something to pick the lock with. When I get down there Hayes is here. I shout him a dirty look.

"Ethan what's wrong?" Gray asks.
"It's Amber" I say panicking and continue to look in the kitchen for something.
"What's wrong where is she?" He asks
"After I told her Hayes was coming over she locked herself in the bathroom. She was going through things and started crying. Grayson my razor is in there." After I said the last part his face dropped. Then he runs upstairs and so does everyone else.

Grayson's POV
After Ethan told me she's in the bathroom with a razor crying, i couldn't think. I just ran upstairs into his room and started to bang on the door.

"Amber open up its me Grayson. Please don't do this. Please you can fight it. Just let me in. We can get through this together." I say then Nash starts talking.
"Amber come on just open up. Please it's me Nash." He says jiggling the door nob. We hear her crying even harder then the bath kicks on. We wait until Nash comes back with something to open the door but it doesn't work.
"Fuck it." Ethan says and starts to kick the door in. He kicks it a second time and it opens. We all rush in and see a pool of blood on the floor. We look in the bath and she's underwater not moving.

Ethan's POV
Once I kick the door in I see a pool of blood. I then look at the bath and see she's underwater not moving. I run over and pull her out. I see a bottle of sleeping pills empty. I sit down with her against me sticking my fingers down her throat.
"Don't be dead. Come on amber throw it up!" I say, she still doesn't puke. I stick my fingers down deeper.
"Wake up damn it Amber! Don't do this to me!" I say crying then she throws up and coughs. I hug her tightly and kissing her shoulder while rubbing her arms. Everyone is starring at us. I then turn her head to me and i can see the hurt in her eyes.
