Richelle's POV:
''It's you....'' I was left with no words, how could he be here. Why was he here? Why did he have to come?
''Can we talk please?'' he looked gorgeous as always and beautiful and I wanted to hear what he had to say. I was curious.
''Sure.'' I agreed without even thinking about it for one second.
''Great, let's go out side for a few minutes.'' I can't believed he made me go outside with him and I can't believe he is in front of me, looking as good as always, He looks more buff now, like he has been lifting weights from months and hasn't stopped.
We went outside and it felt like old times, getting away from our friends to spend time with each other and just talk about how things were moving to fast and how we didn't want to change anything in our lives. how we would be together forever. We both know that didn't work out.
''What did you want to talk about?'' I turned to face him and stopped walking, we were on the football field like when we were younger.
''I just wanted to see how you were doing and maybe talk to you alone without all the crowd in there.''
''Well you saw me, is there anything else?'' I know i sound mean, but he broke my heart that into a million pieces and I can't be hurt again and I won't let my guard down.
''Come on Rich, let's at least talk about how we are, you still mean so much to me even after all these years and I still love you always.''
''Noah, things are not how they were back in the days. We are grown up and we can't just go back to being friends like nothing ever happened. You broke my heart.'' he looked hurt, like the day I left him after he said those awful words to me.
''Can I just ask you one thing?'' he nodded, scared to say a word.
''Why did you brake up with me that day?'' He was confused on why I asked him that, but I needed to know, I never got an explanation.
''Because I was scared of us breaking up, with college and everything. So I did the only thing I taught was right.''
''So you taught It would be better, to break my heart earlier than later. Wow thanks that made me feel a lot better.'' I said it with my hands crossed to my chest.
''Rich, let's not fight please, I haven't seen you in years and believe me when I say, I want us to be fine now and not leave things as broken as before.'' he sounded calm and I appreciated, he was right no need to go back to the past.
''Fine, tell me how are you these days?''
''Good, I am married to Ofelia Brown and I have to two little girls. One is named Leah she is the oldest and I have Richelle my little younger angel.'' his face lit up, when he spoke about his beautiful girls he loved so much.
''I am so happy for you Noah and I bet your girls are so beautiful. But I have to ask do you mean you married Ofelia like the class president of our high school.'' I couldn't keep my laughter right now.
''Yeah the school president, I don't know how it happened.'' he was laughing now with me.
''We used to laugh if we even taught about you going out with her and now she is your wife and has your kids.Man how the times have changed''
''I know. How about you who you with?'' he sounded so curious.
''I have a boyfriend James, we are getting married this June.'' I was so happy saying his name and how much I loved him.
''It's good knowing we ended up good, even if we didn't end up with each other.'' somehow I was happy too, we turned out great found people to love and we are in good relationships.
''You know Noah, you will always hold a special place in my heart and I will always love you. You were my first love.''
''I know, Rich. I love you and I will love you forever. No one can take you away from my heart, you hold a special place there.''
At this moment we knew it was the right time to hug and head back inside the dance.
5 hours later
It was time to say goodbye to everyone and I must say it was a good thing that I came. I said goodbye to everyone and last was Noah.
''Bye Noah, thank you for all the amazing time we have spent together.'' he smiled at me and we hugged each other more than we taught we would.
''Bye, Rich. I love you.''
''I love you.''
And me and Lisa left, I was quit for the whole ride, but Lisa knew why. This was the closure me and Noah needed and I am happy we had it.
Lisa left my at my apartment and I went inside, changed in my night gown and went to bed with the man I loved with all of my life and the man that was going to be my husband.
(Hope you liked part 2 of 10 years. I loved writing this one shot and I can't believe how it ended. This is a really beautiful ending and I think it shows a good message. This chapter is a little bit longer than the last one😂😂 )
