Hi! I would like to share with you the songs & music that helped keep this story alive.

But before that, I want to thank you for continuing to read this book & for sticking with it for so long. It has been years since I uploaded the original draft & it's taken me that long, on and off, to edit and change everything up. That change included a lot of new characters and new scenarios as well!

Each character and situation has been inspired, more or less, by a song or OST, and below is kind of an outline of how I wanted to write a certain character or where their arc was headed. A few lyrics are even sprinkled throughout a chapter and even used as a chapter title.

As the story continues, so will this page - since some songs can include spoilers for upcoming chapters.

Once again, thank you very much for sticking patiently by my side & continuing to read this book that's grown so close to my heart. While I'm a fan of Tokyo Ghoul and I enjoy it very much, it has helped me create a world of my own from within that world. It was a lot of fun! So everyone, say thank you to sensei Sui Ishida as well!

The songs are relating to characters, and sometimes, one song shapes an entire chapter. The ones in bold are the ones that really influenced the story, and the ones that have names beside them - well, they're how the character feels towards the mentioned character (e.g.: song } Hide; Miri feels towards Hide how song feels, or certain lyrics in that song).
