"I'm jealous." Lauryn says, leaning against a tree in her backyard.

It's been three months since our adventure in Equestria, and we have discovered how to use some of our powers. Lauryn can do quite a bit: brighten plants to full health, heal minor injuries, and can gain energy faster in sunlight. Personally, I'm jealous of her.

I guess I can pretty kewl things too. I can teleport from one shadow to another if it's not too far away, and I can make shadows 3Dish. Oh yeah, and I can throw shadow balls. :P

"I'm jealous of you." I counter, coming from the shade of another tree.

"C'mon you can teleport."

"You make things pretty."

"You don't need snow to throw balls."

"Dirtiness child!" I toss a ball of dark mist at her, but it ricochets as she puts her hands up. "And you have a shield now."

"Girls! Come inside, it's getting dark." Lauryn's mom calls us from the sliding glass door. We go inside reluctantly and turn on a movie.

"Qber's streaming." I say, looking at the notification that just lit up the screen of my phone.

"We should go upstairs and watch; Maggie and Lucy are sleeping." She says, getting up from the couch. I nod and follow her up to her room.

"Shouldn't we get the laptop?" I ask before we enter.

"Oh yeah. I'll be right back." She rushes back down the stairs while I go in her poster-covered room.

"Got it." She says.

"Kewl."

We open up Twitch and put in the headphones, our phones open so we can chat on our own accounts. We've got a set up. :D

Halfway through the stream, both of our pendants light up and vibrate, while the Cutie Marks on our ankles light up too. The same thing happens to Qber, except he has a wristband.

"Um, I gotta end now guys. Sorry for the delay, but it's important. Bye!" He quickly does an outro, but we don't hear. Lauryn is telling her mom that we're going to bed early, and I'm setting up pillows to make it look like we're asleep in bed.

"Ready?" She comes back up just as I've plugged in our phones and closed the laptop.

"Yep. You have a mirror, right?"

She nods and leads me to the bathroom quietly.

We stand side by side and put our left hands on our pendants, and our right on the mirror. After the last flash of light from the pendant, everything goes black.
