"Where am I?" That's the first thought that enters my foggy mind. I hear a steady beeping noise. A stinging in my wrist. I must have a IV there.
"Cass?" A strange voice says. "Cass can you hear me?" Suddenly the memories come flooding back to me, all at once and so fast that I try to put my hands to my temples, only to find out my wrists are strapped down. I open my eyes, but I can't see a thing. I'm at a hospital right? I think. Right? I'm scared now, afraid that I'm not at the hospital, and they have me. Again. I try to sit up, but I have a wide restraining band around my waist. I'm trapped.
"Cass!" The voice is more urgent now, and I feel hands fumbling by my ponytail. Suddenly, I can see, but I wish I still had the blindfold on. I'm in a dark room, who knows where, strapped to a bed. Again, the voice is talking.
"Cass, I'm sorry it had to come to this. You're too dangerous. Too unpredictable. You don't even know what you're capable of." I finally look at the speaker. It's Mark.
"YOU." I spit at him. My whole body is shaking, and if I wasn't strapped down..."YOU DID THIS TO ME!!!" I scream at him.
"Yes," says Mark. "And sadly, we can't have the world finding out. So since I created you, I will destroy you." "I'm sorry Cass, but it's for the best." Before I can say another word, a needle is in my arm and the world is spinning, getting darker a darker. Then it's gone.
