L.A. Girls

Chapter One

Kylie's POV.

We say our last goodbyes to our parents at O'Hare Airport in Chicago. We hug them all one last time and promise to call them when we land. Ceili and I head towards the terminal to board our flight to L.A. where her grandparents will pick us up. We honestly couldn't be happier that our parents,after all the begging and pleading, had allowed us move to California. It was honestly a dream come true. It was June 17, just a week after school got out. Finding our flight was difficult in itself. Ceili always says she knows her away around this airport, but somehow managed to get us lost. Our flight boards in 2 hours so we're a little worried, but not extremely. Soon enough a security guard approaches us and asks if we need help. Guess we looked pretty desperate. He leads us to our gate and we thank him and get comfortable since we still have another hour until the flight boards. Ceili goes to get us some water for the flight, since she's addicted to water. When she comes back we start having a mini fangirl moment. This is our dream, and we're going to our favorite city in the world together.

We finally landed and god I was so happy. That was easily the longest flight known to man. Ceili was blabbering on about meeting celebrities and I was completely spaced out on the fact that I was moving to California with my best friend. We got our luggage and went down the escalator to hopefully find her grandparents. We finally spotted them, and Ceili had to add "I'm not ready to hear all her shit about visiting all these places". I just laughed, I knew she wasn't to happy about the whole 'staying at their house' part but she got over it. Grandma, grandpa I'm so happy to see you, No I'm happy to see you girls all safe and sound. Her grandma was so sweet. Now let's get you girls back home so you can get all situated.

Ceili's POV.
Excitement was coursing through me as we got into my grandparents car. It was all surreal, being here with Kylie. We never knew we would actually be able to experience this together. When we got to my grandparents house we immediately went to our rooms and started unpacking. We also checked Twitter to see if there were any celebrities in the area. We found a couple but no one relevant enough to attempt to find. We decided to go to Huntington Beach so we would hang out and shop. We got to the beach and got our shopping done right away. We both got new shorts, tank tops, swimsuits, sandals and a ton more. We decided to have my grandma pick up our bags and just walk the beach. After she got our shopping bags we headed down towards the water. We were making small talk about how this is amazing and how lucky we are. It was silent for a couple minutes, until Kylie said " My goal is to have a celebrity best friend by the end of the summer". I completely agreed with her because how fuckin' awesome would it be to have a famous best friend? Like completely awesome. We both agreed that Harry Styles and Niall Horan were the top two people we would want to meet before the summer ended.
