Today was your first day in the galar region, you were just getting to hammerlock when you heard a lot of yelling over by the train station. You could hear people yelling the name Leon. When you got to the train station, you peeked through the crowd and saw a man with long purple hair and beautiful yellow eyes. The thing about him that stuck out to you the most was the long red cape that almost reached his ankles.
You shrugged a bit and started to walk away before something or someone tugged on the back of your shirt, preventing you from walking away. You turned around to see two tall guys that seemed to have dark type Pokemon by their sides.
"Hey...You got something against our Champion Leon? Nobody walks away from him like that unless they have a reason."
"I-i'm sorry! I'm new to the Galar region and i didn't know that he was champion!"
One of them pinned you up against the train station wall while the other one got in a position, ready to punch.
You closed your eyes, prepared for the pain that would come, but it never happened. You slowly opened your eyes to see Leon standing behind the two men.
"You have any reason for doing this...?" Leon said while his Charizard behind him glared at the two men.
"U-uh....." The two suddenly dashed off, their Pokemon trailing not far behind.
"And good riddance too" Leon said looking in the direction that they ran off in before looking at you.
You stayed quiet for a moment before stuttering out the words "T-thank you..."
"Haha! You don't have to thank me, I just can't tolerate people like that." Leon chimed as Charizard huffed behind him.
As the crowd started to go away, you and Leon talked for a bit and eventually exchanging numbers with each other. As you waved goodbye and walked away, you thought about how you had just became friends with the champion of the Galar region.
