Next Day

Hey mom are you going to take us to school or is Joey going to do said Ryder.No I am not taking you guys that's why I hire a nanny so Joey is going to take you and Lennox to school ok.So what time do you guys go to school and get picked up.Well Joey Ryder has basketball practice today so he will probably get out of school at 5:30 pm and Lennox will get out of school normal time at 4:30pm. So Mel what time do you usually arrive from work.Well Joey I usually get from work at 7pm.Well I got to go bye. Well Ryder and Lennox do you guys go to school at 8:30 am.Yeah we do Joey said Lennox.Well we got to go soon so hurry up guys. Yeah ok Joey said Ryder.Lennox and Ryder time to head down I got to it's almost time to go school.We got to get in the car.

Afternoon

Hey Lennox, how was school today.It was great mom there was this new guy his name was Xander he was pretty cute I guess.Well Lenox make sure to focus on school first than a relationship.Yeah I know Mom.What about you Ryder?It was good Mom, I think I'm planning to join the basketball team but I will need some help practicing.I am sure Joey can help you with that.Is that right joey.Yeah it sounds good to me Mel.

Night

Hey guys, dinner is ready said Joey.What are having today? Well Lennox we are having breakfeast for dinner today so we are having my famous french toast.Oh that sounds great.Hey,Joey after dinner can we practice some basketball.Yeah, that sounds great Ryder.Hey Joey, dont stay uo to late because Ryder has school tomorrow.Yeah okay Mel I will make sure he sleeps at 10pm, dont worry.

10pm

Well Ryder, I think it is time for you to go to sleep.Well okay, goodnight Joey.Goodnight Kiddo.

Joey POV

I get to the kitchen and I see Mel.She was wearing a gorgeous pink gown.Her hair up in a bun.She looked stunning.I can't believe I was stupid enough to let her go.The worst part was that I left her while she was pregnant and raising a 1 year old.I even missed 14 years of my kids life because I made a stupid mistake.I chose business over family.

Mel POV

I look at Joey standing the door.He was his muscles showing and all the memories we uad went back to my head.It was hard we were highschool sweethearts and we had been together for years.I still dont know what was the reason he left.I thought our relationship was fine until I woke up the next day with a note next to me saying goodbye.

Authors Purpose

I have been busy lately and it has been a long time since I have continued this story.I will update hopefully twice a week or atleast once a week.I hope you guys enjoy it and next time the chapter are going to be longer.Just bare with me because this is my first story and I am trying to get the feel of writing in Wattpad etc.
