I walked up and down the isle, trying to spot something. Anything really. But nothing would come to me. Everything was gone. We had nothing left. I must have tripped, because next thing I knew, I landed flat on my face. I groaned, as I looked up, nothing. I tripped over my feet once again.
I saw something in the corner of my eye. A bag of dried banannas. Score. I grabbed it, and heard banging. I turned to see the walkers bashing their fist on the glass. I was suprised that it could take all of that eternal force.
"Ash?" Jay's voice called from the other side of the store.
"Hold on Jay, I'm coming!" I answered, speed walking to our little camp. I tossed her the banannas.
"All you could find, huh?" She asked, ripping the bag open with her teeth. I nod, slightly grimincing at the pain in my stomach. It's been days since I have had an actual meal. But that was my fault. I gave all my food to Jay.
"We should leave here..." She trailed. I nod, agreeing with her silently.
"Head north I reckon," I say, hinting her about the government. She nods. "I think they are taking new recruits. If they are you should join." She looks up.
"Nah," She declines, "I don't enjoy that stuff, maybe you do, but not me." I sigh, and take a sip of my almost empty water jug.
"Crap," I mumble. She quirks an eyebrow and I motion to the bottle. She nods, starting to pack her things. I do the same.

I grabbed the red and blue wires, pressing them together, hissing in pain when I'm shocked. Jay looked back at me, asking if I was okay.
"Yeah, now pay attention."
She scoffed, but did as told. She flinched and her finger hovered over the trigger. "What is it?" I whisper over my shoulder.
"Nothing, thought I saw a walker."
"Did you?" She shook her head. I sigh, and continue. Soon, the engine roared to life. "You drive, I'll shoot?" I ask.
"Sure." I climed into the back of the truck. Few walkers were actually out on the streets, which took me by suprise. People must be close.
A building came into view. It was small, but it was a reasonable size. It didn't look like anyone had raided it, so it was an upside. Most people aren't smart enough to even think about raiding the small places. That's where they hide the betters.
When I got to the door, a big peice of wook was blocking the way. I rolled my eyes, and kicked it, the wood crashing against the floor with a bang. I motioned for Jay to follow me, just incase I was attacked while clearing the place out.
"Clear."She comes out from her hiding place and props her gun on her shoulder.
"Looks like we hit the Jackpot..." I nod. "I'm gonna go look for weapons, you look for some food, you look like you haven't eaten in days."
I haven't...
I smile and start walking to the food isle. "Guys, look, they had a bigger food selection then last time." An Irish accent exclaimed. I froze, and hid behind a shelf. I peaked around the corner. A blonde stood there, admiring the food, along with a curly haired lad.
I jumped and had my guns aiming at them both, "Pardon me, but am I interrupting something?"
They both look up at me, and their eyes widen. I am still glaring at them. "Hands on head... now." The blondes eyes flicker behind me. I huff.
"You should listen to your own orders." I turn to see a raven haired boy, with brown, almost black, eyes.
"I'll take my chances," I shot back, smirking when I realize Jay is right behind him. She pressed her gun against the back of his skull.
"Guys, what is taking so long..." A brown haired lad walks over and then looks at us.
Jay's POV
After the brown haired guy showed up, I kinda figured we were screwed.
"Liam, Niall? Where are you?" A familiar voice rung. A pair of bright blue eyes met my own. I smiled, but he frowned at the position we were all in.
"Louis. Louis Tomlinson. Good to see a familiar face." Ash looked at me.
"You know him?" She glared at him, along at the others. He looked at her.
"I don't think I like you or your attitude." He spoke. She glared more, it it were even possible, then put down her gun and started to walk to him.
"Don't hate me cause you ain't me." She looked him in the eye, then turned her head, "What time you gonna start cooking Jay?" I rolled my eyes, but couldn't help but notice the blonde perk up at the question.
"After we are all on okay terms." She groaned, then put on her best, I'm-a-perky-cheerleader-and-I-love-life look. I looked at her, and gave her my, be-real-or-die-from-starvation look.
"Well you gotta better idea?" She asked. Curly rose his hand and she looked over at him.
"Play truth or dare, 21 questions, and seven minutes of heaven..." I rolled my eyes, but nodded.
"Well," Curly spoke," My name is Harry and this is Louis, Niall, Zayn, and Liam." He said, pointing to each one.
"I'm Jay, and this here is Ashton, but call her Ash." Ash crossed her arms and sat down.
"Can you please start cooking now," She begged.
"Just like Niall," Zayn muttered. Niall punched his shoulder, ad Zayn held his hands up in defence.
