Chapter 5

When we were released from the execution, we all went to shower and change our clothes because they were still full of Jun's blood. After that we had a few hours of rest, but then, to our surprise, Monokuma ordered us back to the courtroom. Reluctantly we went to the old hated place where we also met Monokuma. "Upupupu there you are ~" Monokuma stated delightedly. "What do you want from us?" Izumi asked angravated and annoyed. "Well, since none of you will probably kill anyone else, I've come up with something very special ~" Monokuma replied. Everyone was suspicious and at the same time wanted to hear what Monokuma had to say. "So, your task is as follows: You have to guess who I am, so you have to guess my name. If it is true you will be released, buuuuut~'', he said in a teasing tone, „if the name is even a little wrong, you all will die!" Said the bear.

"Oh, and how do you imagine us to find it out?" Asked Izumi, somewhat annoyed. "You designate a speaker and I give him a little tip ~ upupupu ~" replied Monokuma, amused.

We agreed briefly and I was appointed as speaker. So I went forward so I was facing Monokuma. Then he started to speak: "So Nito-kun, your tip is that we go to the same school ~ you have three minutes ~" he said amused and I started to think. I panicked more and more inside as the first and then the second minute had passed.

"Well Nito-kun, do you know who I am? But keep in mind, if you are wrong, you'll all die ~ upupupu ~ "it came from Monokuma and it shivers down my spine. Sure, the task was simple, I just had to guess who he was, but it wasn't that easy. In my head I went through all the people who called me Nito-kun and I also tried to remember his voice. He already gave me the tip that we were going to the same school, so I went through all the people there. When my time was up, Monokuma wanted an answer.

I took another deep breath and then said confidently "you are Tsumugi-chin, right?" I have to admit that even though I was sure, I was still afraid that I would be wrong. No answer came from the robot bear, but behind the throne on which the bear was always sitting a door opened and Tsumugi-chin actually came out. "You're right there Nito-kun ~" he said and I couldn't believe that it was him all the time. "But tell me," he continued, "how did you come to this truth? ~ ". "Well ... there are only four people at the Yumenosaki Academy who call me Nito-kun ... and 3 of them are dead ..." I replied sadly.But Tsumugi-chin only replied with a giggle and then said "well that was probably the mistake that now is my fate." And went to the red button, which he then pressed, whereupon a platform below us transported us up to the deck of the ship. At the top of the deck, on the far left side of the ship, was a kind of capsule that could fit only one person. Tsumugi ran to the capsule in a good mood and the rest of us followed. When I got to the capsule, I noticed that it was directly above the ship's engine and I could already imagine what would happen.

Tsumugi then turned to us just before the capsule and handed me a key from the room where you could steer the ship so we could go back home. Then he got into the capsule. A few tried to stop him, but it was too late. the capsule fell down and was destroyed by the ship's engine, causing the water to turn red. It was a terrible sight, but it was kind of liberating as we could finally go home. We wasted no time and immediately went to the room where the ship could be steered, and surprisingly the key, that Tsumugi gave me, had fit and we could finally go. We were at sea for about four more days before we finally saw land. But when we were about to go ashore, my eyes suddenly went black and I didn't know what was going on. I didn't know how much time passed before I woke up, but when I slowly opened my eyes again, I was in a white room on a bed that was typical for a hospital. I was awake for less than ten minutes, when a nurse came and looked at me in amazement. "Where am I? What happened..? "I asked confused. "You are in the hospital because you had an accident with a car .. you were in a coma for a year .." said the nurse slowly. I couldn't believe what she said, because that would mean, I only dreamt it all. "Ah, before I forget, a letter has arrived for you," the nurse said quickly and handed it to me. I opened the letter slowly and couldn't believe my eyes and I was trembling all over. It was the same letter I had received in my dream. The letter that got me into this unfortunate situation with the murder game. A free cruise!
