Its so hot. He thought as he watched the world, the only world that he had ever known, burn to the ground. Its finally over. This is what death feels like. Its is complete agony. Then, just as suddenly as it started. It stoped. He heard confetti go off and music blarring. I must be hallucinating! Then a voice,
"Wait, theres one more." A womans voice. I thought I was the last one here.
"You said they were all dead, William!" Another voice cut in. This time a male.
"I thought they were!" William spoke. I couldn't understand what was happening! This William didn't even sound human...
Then everything had all blended in together in my delirious, and sick mind as a blade was plunged into my heart.
"Goodnight, Immortal." Said a creature I could only presume as William, "for now that is."
It was the last voice he ever heard as his breathing ceased to be and his heartbeat stopped pumping.
