Goodbye..

Prologue;

"have you seen Aiya?" Jayce questioned one of his men, as he was walking down the hallway of his and Aiya's home, in search of his loved one. "last time i saw her, was in the kitchen making cookies with one of the maids, boss." San responded; Jayce's right hand man spoke on behalf of knowing where Aiya was. 

"Alright thank you San." Jayce spoke as he made his way into the kitchen a small smile plastered on his face, seeing his lover covered in flour as she was whisking a bowl of cookie dough. "ah there's my princess." Jayce spoke as he wrapped his arms around her body placing a kiss on her cheek, hearing her small giggle. "making cookies love?" He questioned the obvious. 

"yeah, i thought i could make cookies for everyone for their hard work lately. Kiyoko is helping me out." Aiya responded to his question as she finished whisking the dough. "what's up love? you seem in a good mood today." Aiya spoke with a smile on her pale, face. "i wanted to see what you were up to, you weren't giving me any attention today." the male pouted as Kiyoko; the maid, watched in amusement. 

"keep it up dear, ill be in my office, come by later tonight." Jayce said as he kissed her head ruffling her hair a bit before leaving the kitchen to return to his office. Aiya didn't respond, she nodded her head to him and continued her focus on the cookies. 

Jayce sat in his office, a whisky glass in his hand, deep in thought; a knock was heard at the door, bringing him out of thought. "come in." Jayce spoke as San walked in and closed the door behind him. "what is it?" Jayce asked taking another sip from his glass, looking at the man standing in front of his desk. "boss-" San began to speak but Jayce cut him off "You can call me jayce, San, we're not around others at the moment." Jayce spoke letting San continue. "Jayce, you have to end it with Aiya, you know this, i know you love her, but think about your father and his legacy. Think about Aiya, her safety, we don't want what happened, to happen aga-" "i know this, i don't need you to explain it again, I've been thinking about it..just, let me do it at my own pace. You may leave now." Jayce spoke as San just nodded and left the office, Jayce threw his glass at the wall and sighed rubbing his temple. 

Later that night; Aiya and Jayce shared a romantic moment between one another, to Jayce, it was a last night together, a time he and Aiya can share together, with another, full of lust and love..

The morning after, Aiya woke up to no one next to her, it was odd; Jayce was always next to her when she woke up. A small note was placed on the pillow as she read it; 

                      "Get dressed, eat breakfast, and come meet me at our special place my love."

Aiya of course knew it was from Jayce, a smile on her face as she did what the note told her to do. The special place, was a small pond, a pond that had great memories for Aiya and Jayce, and bad ones too. Seeing Jayce stand there, Aiya smiled and walked towards him as she spoke "why the sudden invite here? i remember why we like this place-" "Aiya.." jayce tried speaking but Aiya kept speaking. "it has a lot of memories huh, it was always pretty to look at-" "Aiya..." Jayce said a little bit louder than before a little annoyed she wasn't listening to him. "was it always this pretty during the spring time? i can't wait to see-" "Aiya!" Jayce shouted as Aiya was taken back by Jayce's sudden outburst. 

"Aiya.. i brought you here for a reason.." Jayce began to speak turning to face her, his eyes filled with hurt. "Aiya..i love you..." Jayce spoke as his face softened for a moment but became cold again. "I know Jayce, I love you-" 

"i'm leaving you. "

Aiya's heart, had just shattered into a million pieces, with those three words.. 

"W-What..? why...?" Aiya questioned as tears began to fill her eyes, this couldn't be true,  he wouldn't really leave her, right?

"i'm not good for you Aiya, im the Mafia leader, i kill people, i hurt people, i'm a monster, because of me you got hurt..." Jayce began to spoke. "you need to find someone else,  someone who won't hurt you, someone who can give you everything i can't, no one can take your place in my heart Aiya, but we can't keep doing this anymore.. I'm sorry it had to be like this.." Jayce spoke as he could see the pain in Aiya's eyes, the tears falling from her eyes, spoke words for her. 

Jayce walked up to Aiya and cupped his face, planting a passionate, yet loving kiss upon her lips. The lips he won't ever forget.. A goodbye kiss. 

The place they shared their first kiss, would be the place they shared their last kiss well. 

Once their kiss ended, Jayce planted once last kiss on her head, as Aiya continued to cry. "i love you..Aiya. Goodbye.." He whispered to her as he walked past her, walking away from her, leaving her standing there. 

Feeling shocked, hurt, sad, angry, and overall, alone and lost.. 


Aiya just lost her happiness. The one person who made her loved, who made her feel good about herself.. 

Aiya lost everything.
