I saw an angel on the side of the road. This angel, wasn't near as perfect as society wanted her to be.
No where near.
She was beautiful! Forever and always of the beauty people miss in everyday life.
She wasn't like the girls you would find in beauty pageants, she was just an average teenage girl.
I couldn't tell her age from how far away I was from this angel.
She was perfect.
I could tell something was wrong. Maybe she was feeling low or perhaps she is depressed. I will never know.
She was beautiful. Although you could see pain in her eyes. From a distance it was still visible.
I watched her move around, I pretended I wasn't there and hoped she wouldn't notice me. And she didn't.
But I noticed every detail she had. The colour of her eyes to the tone if her skin. The paleness of her cheaks instead of rosy pink.
Still perfect.
It was hot out, I wondered why she was wearing a jacket. Then it hit me.
This girl had pain in everything she did. She knows she deserves the blood falling down her arms. Maybe her legs too. It was hard to establish as you could never imagine it.
She was perfect.
As I watched the rain start to pour I was considering handing her my spare umbrella or let her into the shelter of my car. But I thought that would be fairly stalkerish.
Perfection.
It rains hardest on the ones who deserve the sun.
Stop bullying.
Stop being mean to people.
Please.
This girl was perfect - but you would never believe me.
Beauty is in everyone. Including you.
Especially you.
You are perfect.
You are perfect.
You are perfect.
