Questions

Naomi and Seiko returned to Naomi's house on Wednesday afternoon.

Naomi was helping Seiko get ready to go back home. She packed up all her stuff and helped her to the car. Naomi's mother drove Seiko to her house and the girls said their goodbyes for the day.

Naomi had gotten home and everything felt like it went back to normal. She had dinner with her mother, took a shower, and got ready for bed.

Time for school... Naomi thought.

Naomi sluggishly threw her sheets to the side of her body and walked to the bathroom. She brushed her teeth and brushed her hair. Naomi then walked to her room and got dressed in her school uniform.

Naomi got her bag and headed downstairs. She said a quick 'goodbye' before leaving the house. Naomi closed the door behind her and turned to see Seiko waiting for her.

"You're not supposed to be walking to school, Seiko." Naomi said.

Seiko waved her off, "I'm fine, I'm fine. No need to worry, Naomi!"

"Fine." Naomi replied.

Seiko smiled cheerfully and Naomi stepped onto the sidewalk, "You comin' or what?" Naomi asked sarcastically.

Seiko jumped down to where Naomi stood and walked alongside her.

They walked hand in hand while talking and laughing. Once they got close to school Naomi let go of Seiko's hand.

"Sorry, Seiko, it's just I think we should keep this between us... At least for now." Naomi said to Seiko.

Seiko smiled, "It's fine, Naomi."

Seiko and Naomi got to the front entrance to their school and was greeted by their class rep, Ayumi.

"Hey, Ayumi!" Seiko exclaimed.

"Where were you two?! Everyone was so worried!" Ayumi said to Naomi and Seiko.

"Don't worry, Ayumi, we're fine!" Seiko said.

Ayumi looked at Seiko and noticed she had bruises scattered on her body, "Anyways, what happened?" Ayumi asked.

Naomi and Seiko exchanged glances before speaking, "Seiko got into a car acciden-"

Naomi was cut off as Seiko spoke up, "I was attacked."

Naomi looked directly at Seiko in disbelief, "What?!" Naomi screamed. "You never told me you were attacked, Seiko!"

"That's because I didn't want to worry you..." Seiko said to Naomi.

"Who attacked you?" Ayumi asked.

"I-I don't...remember..." Seiko lied, she knew who it was, but she didn't think she should say so at the moment. "You know what, Ayumi can you come to my house after school?"

"Uh...yea." Ayumi responded.

"Great, Naomi you're coming too!"

"Eh?" Naomi looked at Seiko with an annoyed look on her face.

"Oh c'mon, Naomi. Lighten up!" Seiko nudged Naomi's shoulder and smiled softly. Naomi smiled back.

"Okay, let's get to homeroom." Ayumi said to the girls.

The three girls got to homeroom and the rest of the day passed like every other, except Satoshi was avoiding everyone. He kept to himself for the time they spent at school.

Naomi, Seiko, and Ayumi met up at the end of the day in front of the school. The three girls walked to Seiko's house, just as she had requested.

When the girls had arrived at Seiko's house they went to Seiko's bedroom. Seiko made sure her siblings wouldn't bother them while they talked.
