Summer in LA

Chapter 1

"Ashley King. She's graduating top 10 in her class. With 20 credit hours" I hear as they call my name and I walk across the stage. That's it. I did it. I graduated. At 5th in my class. Dumb blondes huh? Yeah right. I go and stand next to the others and wait for the principal to finish. As they finish they congratulate us and we throw our caps in the air. Hugging, taking pictures, couple of tears. "Party time" says Sam. He's always throwing parties. "You ladies coming tonight" he asks. "Nope. We've got to get to hit the road" says Savannah. "Y'all leave tonight" says Max. "Yes. We know your parties gonna be lame because we won't be there" I say with a laugh. "Yeah yeah. Y'all have fun" he says. We laugh and head to our cars driving to my house. "Bye honey! Have fun" says my mom. I give her a hug and kiss her goodbye. "Road trip" I yell as we get into my Jeep Wrangler. We get gas, and food and make our way to the highway. "Where's the house at anyways" asks Emily. "I dont know. A mansion in LA" I say as I turn up the music. My friend group is the normal group. There's me(Ashley) the fun one, always getting into some type of trouble. And then there's Savannah, she's like the mom of the group. Then we have Emily, she's the baby. She's the youngest out of us and the least experienced. Very typical group. The dirty blonde(me), the brunette(emily) and the red head(savannah). After what feels like forever...we finally make it. It's 3 in the morning when we arrive at the house. We get our stuff out the Jeep and head inside. "I've never been so tired" says Savannah. "Agreed" I say and make my way to one of the rooms. "See y'all in the morning" I yell as I climb into bed after my shower. I wake up to the sun shining in my face. I get out of bed and walk downstairs and see Savannah and Emily sitting on the couch. "Good morning" I say happily. "Morning. So we were thinking. We go get groceries and stuff and then go ride around" says Emily. "Deal. Let me go get dressed" I say. As I walk into my closet I think of what to wear.  Me in this
