Green tea is extremely healthy. It is best to drink with green tea but start off small and go big as I can't even taste it without light sugar and milk but at least I'm trying.

Disadvantage and Advantages:

Advantages

1. Helps with cancer prevention

2. Reduces the risk of stroke.

3. Lower risk for developing type 2 diabetes.

4. Enhances remembrance

Disadvantages

1. Causes Insomnia

2. Anxiety

3. Cause irritability

4. Nausea

5.Upset stomach

Please note a lot of the benefits are found in people who drink green tea often but not too much so you have to find a middle ground. The disadvantages are mainly for people who have coffee sensitivity but feel free to do your own research :3
