The Sercet of the One

Chapter 2

[Celeste's Pov]

After the long talk me and Lara had, I decided to never disobey her. She gave me a warning to never to do it again. Apparently, that was a place I wasn't supposed to go in. What about luna? I haven't heard her ever since.

Another thing. Jaiden's Sickness. He is good for now. It seems like his sickness is caused by something and it doesn't seem like a regular sickness. It's something more. But he is all right.

"Thinking about something, sis?" Jaiden said getting my attention. I looked down at him and said: "just thinking how you're in a good condition right now". He smiled at me. "I am all right now" he gave me a salute and in return I laughed.

"Hey Jaiden, wanna go on a walk?". Jaiden doesn't go out that much besides going to school. A good walk is perfect for him now. "Sure!" He said excitedly.

As we walked out of the house, I locked the door. We continued our walk being silent and peaceful. It's been quiet for quite a while. All of this quietness is not going to end long. Something is coming very soon.

Suddenly I smelled smoke. I looked at Jaiden and looks like he smelled it too. "We got to check it out," I told him. He looked sad. "But what about our walk" He pouted. I signed and said "How about we check it out then continue out walk. Okay?" I asked him.

"Fine." he looked annoyed and turned his head away from me. It hurts, me and Jaiden were always on good terms and never once gave me an annoyed look. This definitely bothered him.

Being the nosey person I am, I ran with Jaiden to the spot where the smoke was at. After we followed the smoke, we ended up in a forest.

We walked deeper into the forest to see two girls yelling while fire surrounds them. "let's hide behind the tree" i told Jaiden so we don't get seen. We both went behind the tree to see what was going on.

We peeked to see the two girls. "THIS DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE OCEANA!" A girl with red hair said. So apparently the girl with the blue hair is named Oceana. "FIGHT ME MARELLA, LET'S SEE WHO IS STRONGER!" Oceana said. So the girl with the red hair is Marella and the blue hair girl is named Oceana.

hmm...

Both girls are in position ready to fight. One got fire and one got water. Jaiden was pulling on the bottom of my shirt and whispered: "Let's leave now".

But before anything could, I and Jaiden heard another voice yell.

"SEIRYUU"

This huge creature sprays both of the girls with water causing the fire to disappear and the girls' attention.

We quickly stopped peeking and i was getting nervous since i didn't want to get in trouble again especially since Jaiden is here too.

[3rd Person pov]

Eventually a young woman with green hair pigtails walks up in front of the girls with her hands on her hips.

"What were you two thinking?!?" The woman asked yelling. Both girls faced their heads down to the ground. "What if somebody saw you guys, how would you explain to-" She didn't get cut off, she stopped talking like if she noticed something.

The woman turned her head to the tree Celeste and Jaiden was hiding behind. "Is that so? She whispered. She took little steps forward to the tree and stopped halfway.

" Who are you and what are you doing here?"
