Chapter 3

[Unknown Pov]

"Lock her up in one of the cells," I said. These supernaturals are just annoying brats. Their attack power is stronger than ours. But having this girl with us, there is no way we will lose.

"Don't touch me!" The girl said. My men tried to drag her towards the cell but she kept battling.

This girl is just a weak excuse for a Di-Bred. But she is useful to us.

As my men dragged her away, I started to wonder about them. The three of them are quite strange, but they said, they are loyal to me.

Especially the third one. He doesn't do anything, just follows.

I shrugged and left it alone. Once they left my presence, I started to think of my plan.

[Celeste's Pov]

"Who are you and what are you doing here?"

Well, it looks like Jaiden and I got caught. Should we make a run for it?

"Come out! I don't have all day!" The woman called out.

Shoot. If I was never nosy, this could've never had happened. Plus Jaiden is with me too.

"Sis, we should just come out" Jaiden whispered to me. I signed.

"Fine," I said out loud. I grabbed Jaiden's hand and got out behind the tree. When we came out behind the tree, the woman's eyes widen.

Then her mouth shape turned into a smirk. I was confused. "Um... Do you know us?" I questioned her.

"Something like that" She smiled at us. Soon after she put her hand under her chin like if she was wondering something.

"Since you saw these two, you both are coming with me," She said.

What...

"Why do we have to come with you??" Jaiden said looking all innocent. The woman bends down to Jaiden's Level and says "Usually when humans see these types of things, they will end up telling others and it will reach out to the hunters. Do we really want that?".

What she said is true. If this reaches out to the hunters, they will know that supernaturals are around and they will try to hunt them down.

"Alright, you win" I signed in defeat. Jaiden looked at me unsure. I nodded my head telling him it's going to be alright.

We followed the woman and the two girls. But suddenly the woman stops and turns around facing us "Just so you know, my name is Latia!" She winks at us and smiles again.

"Celeste and Jaiden," I said to her back. "I know," she said. "Hey girls!" Latia called out to Marella and Oceana. She got both girl's attention. "I think we are going to blindfold them. We don't need them to know where we are going".

I looked at her crazy. " What do you mean?!?" I told her. "Calm down, " Marella handed her two blindfolds.

Why did she have those anyway?

Latia took them and tied the blindfold to cover my eyes and Jaiden's eyes. "Perfect!" I hear her say. Suddenly someone took a hold of my arm and walked.

Once we arrived at our destination, They sat us down on chairs and took off the blindfold.

I opened my eyes to see Jaiden next to me. "Sis, are we going to be okay?" He whispered.

"Of course you are," someone said. We turned to that voice and it was...

Lara?!? Again?!?

"Lara, what are you doing here?!?" I said to her. It's crazy that Lara always seems to find me. "That is something you don't need to know, " she turns her head to Jaiden "I see you brought Jaiden with you too" she continued.

"Haha..." I laughed nervously. "I found them in the forest and might as well bring them here" Latia shrugged.

Eventually a bird flew into here and landed on Lara's shoulders. The bird had a letter in its mouth. "It seems like it's from Grey," Latia said.

Who is Grey?

Lara took the note from the bird's mouth and opened it. Her eyes widen. Lara crumbled up the note and threw it.

"Latia, we got to go now!" Lara said in a rush getting her weapons. What's going on??

"What's wrong?" Latia said trying to keep up the same pace as her. "Grey sent a letter saying that they kidnapped her," Lara told Latia

Who is Grey again?!? And who is this "her" their talking about?!?

"I am confused," I told them. Lara and Latia got their stuff and are heading to leave. "It's fine. Just saying with Jaiden until we get back, " She said to me. Then she looked at Latia "We need some backup", Latia nodded.

Both of them left and now I am here alone with Jaiden.

"You're not really Alone," A voice said.

Note: when I said "Di- Bred", I am practically saying that the person is two breeds or double breeds. For example, like a child of a Human and an Angel.
