After finishing dinner and cleaning we all went to our rooms to sleep at around quarter to eight normally we would stay up a little and talk or watch the television or something, but the events of the day left no body in the mood.
I wasn't really sleepy so I just kept tossing and turning and using social media on my mobile. At around ten I heard a knock on my door.
"Who's there?" I asked."Laura?"Lynn replied.
Oh no I thought that something has gone wrong, so I raced out of my bed to open my door but she was there in her wheelchair visibly alright.
"What happened Lynn is everything all right?" I asked never the less.
"Yeah I am okay I couldn't sleep can I come in?"I nodded and then wheeled her to my bed and laid her down on the bed opposite me.
"Laura?" she mumbled, "Sing to me, it helps me sleep."Sing to her, I thought to myself, hmm what should I sing? After dwelling on a thought I settled on the song-poem that I wrote for Lynn when she was first admitted to the hospital, and it sure did help her sleep.
Sorry this one is a little short.
