↝most girls will get cramps & pain in the
lower stomach area. take a pain killer
such as Advil to help reduce the cramps.
-✧-
↝ always keep track of the day you get it
so you can figure out next month when to
be prepared. don't want an accident to
happen in public. could be embarrassing.
-✧-
↝ make sure to drink water. it'll help your
period be much lighter and not as heavy.
-✧-
↝ take a warm bath or place a heating pad
over your area of cramps. it'll help reduce
the pain, an alternative to taking medicine.
also your period stops when in the water.
-✧-
↝ change your pad/tampon every 3-4 hours
to prevent infection & so you won't smell.
-✧-
↝ wear underwear that are suitable to help
relax your lower abdomen and to support
your pad. I don't recommend a thong haha.
-✧-
↝ always be prepared. have a small bag
carry about 3 pads or tampons depending
on what you wear & what's comfy to you.
-✧-
↝ try to stay away from eating salty & sweet
foods. eat more potassium like bananas.
-✧-
↝ wear darker bottoms so just incase you
have a little leak, it won't be noticeable to others.
