My grip tightens around Brendon's waist, and I can feel his heavy breaths against my jugular and his smile against the base of my neck as I press a kiss against his dark, short hair.
Brendon presses a kiss to my collar bone in return, and his arms snake around my chest and he cranes his neck up to whisper into my ear those three words i hear often,
"I love you"
a wide smile spreads across my face as blush begins to warm my cheeks.
I lift his head up with two fingers on his chin and gently kiss his forehead and reply with,
"I love you too"
And i lean in to kiss him gently and passionately, he kisses back like he always does.
His lips are soft and his mouth is warm with the slightest taste of nicotine on his tongue and he tastes sweet as our tongues glide across eachothers, my hand goes to gently press against the back of his head while my other one stays on his waist.
And we stay like this for about four minutes, but it feels like so much longer.
And when we pull away he looks at me with his, beautiful brown eyes and says,
"I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you".
