I lifted up my sun glasses as we stopped, rolling down the blacked out windows, a crumbling old building was in front of me. Gothic look much? I looked over to my older brother Matt who was driving the car.
"Please say mum’s joking... She isn't being serious right?" I whined, he just smirked shaking his head. I hated how he done that, the annoying little head shake, it proved he had more power then me. I wasn't a control 'Freak' I just liked knowing I was in charge and having things go my way... This wasn't going my way however.
"This Is yours and Stacey’s new school, mine's just next door… An all girls school..." He turned off the engine, turing to face me, "I bet you won’t last a month," He grinned, sweeping his blonde bangs out of his eyes, revealing his piercing green eyes…
"Bet you I’ll last until the end of the year…" I shrugged, I can do anything when I put my mind to it.
"If you don’t get expelled again…" Stacey laughed from the back; I threw my sunglasses at her, them getting caught in her curly brown ponytail.
"I was innocent!"
"You broke a window, exploded a science room, burnt down the art room and bit a teacher…" Matt laughed. That was only the stuff he knew about, I made sure to keep most of the school events to myself, my parents and him only finding out about the extremiest cases.
"Hey, she took my phone and it’s not my fault I’m pretty accident prone…" I argued as Matt got out of the car, unloading Stacey and I's cases. I finally decided now was the time to get out of the car, whether I liked it or not, I was going to have to stay; I climbed out, pulling my baggy cardigan tighter around me. California was so much better, so much warmer... And prettier!
I'm orginally from Ireland, Dublin to be more exact, but I left there to go to London when I was three. Then aged seven I moved to California, I'd been living out there with my mum and her new partner for the past nine years, but now I was back in the United Kingdom, starting a new school… A private school… Only either very smart people or the very rich got in… Or if your uncle owns the school like Stacey and I.
I looked down at my clothes, tight denim shorts and a red cami with a baggy black cardigan… FREEZING MY ASS OFF! If I knew mum was being serious when she said Matt, Stacey and I were going to England, I would have checked the weather report. I looked up through the first floor window; a group of girls in jeans were lounging on the window sill, looking at me, eyebrows raised slightly… One of them had the brightest red hair I’d ever seen. She waved smiling at me. I looked around; checking no one else was there and waved back, brushing my blonde curls back using my hand; I loved how I looked so innocent, it helped a lot as no one knew how much of a trouble maker I was… Until it was too late... I smirked to myself as a teacher walked over to me, her skirt just above her ankles revealing black granny like shoes, her greying hair tied tightly back in a bun, a crooked nose balancing a pair of bashed up glasses.
"Chelsea Dale and Stacey Dale I presume?" She smiled, revealing a set of shark like teeth… Teachers, always suck up in front of relatives.
"Nope, that’s Chelsea," I pointed at Matt, him shaking his head again, his trademark smile on his face.
"Just ignore her," Matt laughed, "And careful, she bites…" The woman laughed.
"He isn’t joking…" Stacey muttered, shuffling next to me, she looked down at the ground, acting all sweet and innocent... Well sister, we're related, we know your not innocent...
Matt and I looked alot alike, both sporting long blonde hair, similar face and eye shape. He was a lot taller then me, around five foot eleven, whereas I'm only five foot eight. He was quite broad too, not fat but an American footballers body, whereas I was 'Petite', a ballerinas frame my mum had always told me... The other main difference between us, my eyes were blue, not just any sort of blue, that Caribbean sea color blue, whereas his were a piercing green... Stacey on the other hand inherited her looks from her dad... Our step dad... Short in height, quite stumpy looking. Bushy brown hair with dark brown eyes...
