Air.

A simple thing needed for life.

Taken for granted really, it's so easy to forget the things that come easy to most.

INHALE.

EXHALE.

So easy that the body does so with out even thinking. An automatic response.

However, for some the air doesn't come so easy. The sweet release of toxins never happens. The toxins build up and eventually snuff us out and just like that.... something so easy is your downfall.

Someone was there to witness your first breath. The first burning of air filling the lungs; expelled with a cry.

Some though.... never take that first breath. Lost before they were even known.

Some struggle to take that first breath, deciding wether to join this world or opt out.

Some aren't compatible with life and that's just nature. Cruel as she may be.

INHALE.

EXHALE.

Others breath every single day, every single minute, close to every second.

Others live long enough to have someone watch their last breath too.

Last breaths... scary to think about for some.... others wish for their last breaths.

Breath. Something so meaningless and important all at the same time.

Something needed but so easy to take away.

INHALE.

EXHALE.

You never know when you will take that last breath.

Who will be around when you do?

What you will miss out on when you are gone.

We live. We breathe. We die.

There is no way of telling how long the process actually lasts for anyone. But everyone is the same in that's aspect:

Live. Breathe. Die.

So as your lungs fill with air, stretching without effort, will you live? Breathe? DIE?

Or will you be forgotten? Just like the importance of a simple....

INHALE.

EXHALE.
