"Danny?" i call. He went upstairs to make sure my mom didnt steal anything. "Yeha babe hang on." he calls back. My phone rings agian. Paul. i dont know why im trying to avoid what i cant avoid. id have to face Paul, Danny would have to face Becca. Danny comes downstairs. "Nothing." he says sitting down. My phone rings again. "just answer it." Danny says. "Hello?" i say closing my eyes tightly. "Maddie! please dont hang up j-just hear me out!" Paul says. "you have five minuts no more no less. go." i say. "im so sorry, ok, Becca just wanted to hang out, we-Danny knows we were good friends at once, and she called and asked to hang out." he says. "you cuddled." i say. "i know, and im so sorry, i could have stopped her and i didnt, its all my fault, and Becca is upset because Danny wont speak to her!" Paul says. 2 minuts left. "Danny doesnt want to speak to becca. because Becca is a cheater just like you are." i say. "Maddie please, just meet me, i need to know your ok." Paul says. "im fine." i say 1 minute left. "Maddie i just, please, i am so sorry, i love you and you know that i ju-" i hang up. "Dang babe." Danny says. "his time was up." i say.
"Becca dont call me again, im done. you and Paul go cuddle why dont you?" Danny says hanging up. "Harsh." i say. he shrugs. "What do you want to do?" Danny asks. "well we are out of nutella." i say. Danny laughs. "we've been eating it like its the only food on earth!" Danny says wrapping his arms around my waist from behind and resting his chin on my left shoulder. "its comfort food." i say with a sigh. "it is." he says. "Lets go for a walk." i say. Danny kisses my cheek. "Good idea." Danny says.
"This is where we had our first kiss." i say to Danny. he smiles and blushes. "i was such a jerk, kissing Pauls girl." Danny says. "We'll Pauls a jerk, dont feel bad." i say intertwining my fingers in Dannys. and once again we share a kiss on our bridge.
