Joe is seen sitting at a diner in New York City with his foster daughter Nina who's 12 with blonde hair, him drinking his usual black coffee her drinking a orange juice. He hears the radio mentioning about a free stress therapy session with a little price then he has flashbacks of everything he'd like to talk about to the therapist such as China dying and his dad physically abusing Joe and Joe's mom. Joe drops Nina off at her private school and calls the therapist for a appointment and they agree to meet.
