Not so safe

The war, that had lasted the last fifteen years, finally came to an end thanks to the government and their military forces. Specially, the military force made up of Exousiikano. However, what many didn't know about this branch in the force was they were forced to fight. But also 67% of them were still children taken from their parents and homes.

Exousiikano were the first people on this earth. They had special abilities and could control the elements: Water, Earth, Fire, Air, and the lesser known type, Plants. However, Exousiikano are now rare to find. As a scientist with a weak water ability created a type of human that didn't have elemental abilities. Instead, they were intellectually powerful. These were called: Expyikano.

As these humans reproduced, they started attacking and protesting against the Exousiikano. They made drugs that killed them, or made their powers dormant for a short period of time. Many were killed however.

The Exousiikano that did still have their powers, as some were born with these abilities but were stripped of them during birth through a machine that made their abilities forever dormant. This is now outlawed. The ones that remained had strict regulations and rules to follow but many of them were taken to the government to be experimented on.

Anne Garden was a kind but naive interviewer. She usually believed everything the government said without second thought. However, it wasn't her fault necessarily. The government was corrupt, and kept many things a secret from its civilians.

  Anne looked up the file that she would be interviewing today. Her fingers gracefully over the keyboard to the computer. The pressed the mouse, gliding it around to click the file and then waited for it to show up.

She huffed, the girl was beautiful. Her skin was milky white, her eyes were two colors. Her left dark grey, her right, red. Her hair was a shade of coral brown and she wore a blank face.

The one where it means: "Don't touch me." She shivered at the thought of her saying that. Anne couldn't help but be a little excited. Who wouldn't? She would get to meet one of the Five Predators. They were the most famous Exousiikano in the war!

They killed many, but also saved their allies. They were the most adored heroes. They also were the first to be so powerful with their skills. The fact that they were children shocked Anne to a high degree. However people treated them as animals. But what separated Anne from many of the people, was that she still saw the kids as kids. She still saw them as people and not animals or objects. They were the first child soldiers and the first child experiment projects.

"Why am I worrying about that? The government said they take good care of them." She thought and clicked off the file. She then grabbed her notebook and pen, thinking about the questions she would ask.

Homica Cola huffed as she was riding the car. She was wearing her regular, most comfortable clothes. Her white dress and bow. But she also had a soldier jacket on.

She looked out the window, her face blank. She had handcuffs on, so her hands were in front of her. She was irritated to say the least.

She didn't like being this far from her cousins. She disliked this a lot. "Ok Homica Cola. You gotta be a good girl for me ok?" A voice said.
