The Alpha's Sister (Chaennie)

Chapter 5

As we walked up to my front door I turned to Jennie, "Thanks again for saving me. I don't know how I'm going to repay you."

She smiled "It was no biggie and you don't have to repay me."

I smile and then before I know it she pulls me into a hug. I hug her back tightly then I let go.

As Jennie starts to walk away she turns back to me and asks "Are you going to come to the party tonight?"

I didn't really want to because parties weren't really my style but dad was pushing me to go and then Jennie just asked me if I was go.

"Yes." I sign.

"Cool I'll see you there." she said and then ran off.

When I walked inside I almost ran into my dad. "Was that Jennie?" I blush and nod.

"And what were you doing with her?" asked my dad grinning.

"Nothing." I mumble "We were talking about the party tonight."

"And are you going?" I nod.

"That's great. Let's go have dinner." dad said cheerfully and we headed to the kitchen.

I was going through my closet and all my drawers and I couldn't find anything for the party. All owned were a lot of oversized sweater and leggings. I was about to give up when I found black jeans in the back of my closet. I tried them on and miraculously they still fit. It was a little easier to find a top to go with jeans, so I picked out a teal cropped sweater. After I got changed I put on a little bit of mascara and lip gloss and slipped on my vans. As I went downstairs my dad was waiting by the door and as soon as he saw me he started to tear up.

"My little baby's growing up. Have fun ok? If anything's wrong call or text me."

I gave him a hug and then I left.

Every house and building on our pack's land was in walking distance so it was only a 7 minute walk to where the party was being held. The first thing I heard was the thumping of the music. As I entered the house, there was a lot of people dancing with red solo cup in their hands and everyone was having a good time. I think that everyone was from my pack but I couldn't be sure because there was a strong smell of beer in the air. I made my way to the kitchen and there was a bunch of bottles with different types alcohol. A guy with red hair came up to me holding two bottles.

"What can I get for you? We have Tequila and coke or vodka and sprite?" I pointed to the vodka and sprite.

"Good choice." he said enthusiastically and went off to give more drinks to people.

I stood in the corner of the room sipping my drink. I used to steal bottle from the cabinet where my parents stored it and sneak of into the woods and drink it.

I after I finished my drink I found some more on the counter and kept drinking until everything felt lighter and brighter.
