Flashback meets Present

By reading and understanding the depth of her words, Shivaay contemplated that it's her own story. He felt a tinge of jealousy over powering his sanity.However, the curiosity to know about her completely contrived him to precede reading.

Flashback (as Shivaay senses)

She woke up late than usual due to previous day's happenings. Looking at the time she jumped from the bed thinking she screwed up her classes. Later she smacked herself realising her study holidays has just begun. Refreshing herself she went to the dining to have her breakfast. There surprisingly the entire family was waiting for their princess. She questioned them surprisingly through her eyes, understanding her question Rudy hugged warmly and said it's been a long time we had family breakfast Anu.. as well our study holidays has just begun so why not little time with family, he stated. She nodded her head positively in excitement. They had their family breakfast chit chatting about the events happening in their life, laughing and mocking at Rudy's lame jokes and of course with final dose of advice from their parents alerting them to study seriously for their exams.

Their preparations for exams went on full swing. Anika limited her conversation with Dhaksh to studies. Their examinations went well and results are yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, Dhaksh was arranging for his departure to US to expand their business. Apparently he would be accompanied by his father as he is new to business. Initially he would given a training of 1 year and later evaluating his performance he would be promoted. And knowing how determined and dedicated Dhaksh is, his father believed Dhaksh to reach landing-place very soon.
Here Anika was equally busy building her event management emipire. Though she was a millionaire she took the help of bank for sponsoring her start up. Tej, a perfect father any girl would get believed Anika completely on her skills and decisions oblivious to the society.

Before 2 weeks of Dhaksh's departure to US he planned to meet Anika. Knowing that he will be leaving very soon Anika promised to meet him. But unfortunately she was not able to make it as she was called for meeting by a client whom she was waiting to meet since a long time. She apologized for the same to Dhaksh and promised to see him off at the airport. All this while, Anika was fully occupied with her start up that she couldn’t give herself the needed time to rationally think about her feelings for Dhaksh. Besides that she was not ready to handle too many things at the same time and when it comes to Dhaksh she has always found the topic more confusing.

Biding good bye to Dhaksh was not as easy as she thought. She was going through a puddle of emotions and somehow succeeded in not letting it out. She was at the airport hugging him for one last time until next time. A lone tear escaped her eyes when she witnessed his retreating figure, praying for his success and well being she left the airport. She questioned herself for the nth time whether not discussing about her mixed feelings and her confusion with Dhaksh was correct? And every time she thinks about it her alter ego starts to quarrel with her making her all the more confused so would closes the topic this had become a routine now. Will I ever meet him again? 

He swiped through the pages finding nothing more, why has she ended it abruptly, he questioned himself? What happened after that? His curiosity and jealousy made him go all crazy. It was 4 in the morning when he finished reading the incomplete diary. He was getting so curious to know what happened after Dhaksh left to US. But he decided against it. Will it be good if he ask her about it just in one meeting? What would she think about him? No he wish to create any awkward situation between us? Does she still love him? Though she has not confessed it as love, from what he understood it looks like she was in love with him. Arrrggghhhh.. he sighed. With all this thoughts clogged up in mind he tried to sleep anticipating a bright morning.
 Somewhere unknown to him, he had started falling for her. Just her name in the diary with someone else gave him jitters. Yes, he knew Dhaksh was not someone else for her, but love is illogical. It never allows us to think rationally that to, at the budding stage. We need to put lots effort from both the sides to bring in the rational thinking and understanding.
He tossed and turned sleep was far away from him. He was behaving like a love struck teen and wished he had met her before. Just the thought of Anika being his lady love made him smile freckle to freckle. He longed to meet her. Will she come out with me? Or will she think I'm desperate to meet her, he thought. Confused yet contend he drifted into deep slumber deciding to ping Anika about the same.
