Chapter 8

- sky's POV-

That actually happend!! Wow BEST KISS EVER! I can't believe it took him 4 years to do that

We arrived at Katty's place an hour back. I had to crash there because I was totally drunk and my mom would be infuriated. I had a severe pain in my head but I just couldn't keep it in, I absolutely had to tell katty.

From the time we entered her house till I fell asleep, I couldn't stop ranting about tonight. Katty listened to my every word intently.

"....What I wouldn't give to go back in time." I blushed, ending my story, and just as Katty attempted to open her mouth, I dozed into dreams of a certain boy, but before I closed my eyes i saw a slight grimace on Kate's face.

-Daniels POV-

"Brooooo, ss-she I-is the o-one"i said in my drunk voice.

"Who?" said Brian in attempts to keep me awake.

Brian came over to my place that night because he had forgotten his house keys at home and he didn't wanna wake his family at this late hour.

" Pp-eeaa-cock" I ranted and fell asleep on the bed.

Sky's POV

Next morning .

"Did an elephant sit on my head last night?"

"It's called a hangover honey" said Katty as she gave me an aspirin and some water.

"Drinking is painful" "ughhhh my headd" I was in pain.

"I'm going to school so get ready now, chop chop" Katty was being a control freak.

"I want to come but my head, ouchhhh" I said putting my head in my palms.

"Oh honey, u can't come like this"

"I knowww" I felt like howling because I just wanted to meet Daniel, see his face and sort this out because being 'just' friends wasn't an option anymore.

"Oh shoot it's 9 already, I need to leaveee" Katty snatched her bag, which was on the table,kissed my cheek and left.

I really really wanted to go to school but I knew that couldn't.

Whatever, I'll text Daniel later. I thought to myself.

--Katty's POV--

"Katy wait up" I heard that very sexy voice of Daniels

"Heyy" i said as Daniel caught up with me.

"I had to ask u, ummm do you have any idea who was with me last night? I was really drunk and I don't remember much, I asked Brian and he said that the last time he saw me, I was with you. Sooo by any chance do u remember seeing me with any girl?"

I knew he asking about sky. I know exactly what happend last night.

Sky always gets her guy, I guess this time will be no different.

"I'm not sure" i tried to hide the truth.

"Kate please this is very important to me" I saw how desperate Daniel was.

Why? why should sky get Daniel? I like him as well and loosing one guy won't kill her. But she was also my best friend, I didn't know what to say ...

"Daniel...it w-was...ssk......me." Oh my god!! What had I done! I couldn't even take it back now but I saw my chance and took it.

"You?" I saw the confusion in his eyes.

"Yes, after dancing we went and sat down together, we spoke and that kiss. Daniel I love you!" I blurted it all out.

"Oh kate, thanks for it all and guess what I'm in love with that girl who understood me, who made me feel like I've never felt before. I love you too."
