'3:07 pm.'  I think, my eyes glued to the ticking hands of the clock. I rest my head on the palm of my hand.

'I can't wait to escape this hellhole.'

The sound of the ringing bell filled my ears.

"Finally..." I sigh with relief.

I grab my bag from the back of my chair and swing it around my shoulder.

With my bad posture, I trudge towards the door.

Just as I was about to turn the corner, A tall, muscular figure stands in my way.

After a moment of fear, I look up, and all my worries fade away.

'Oh, It's just him.'

Kuroo stares down at me with a big, reassuring smile.

"Oi, Kenma. You ready to go?" Kuroo says, in his usual, loud and bright voice.

"Yeah, let's go,"  I mutter, with my usual, stoic expression.

---

We arrive at my house. Even though our houses are right next to each other, We usually hang out at my house.

I unlock the door, and swing it open.

I let Kuroo walk in, and then follow him. I turn around and lock the door, a click sound coming from the small lock.

I walk upstairs, and flop onto my small bed, Kuroo proceeding to take a seat next to me.

"Are you okay?" He asks, "You seem a lot more tired today."

Turning my body over, I look to face Kuroo.

"I'm fine, Just stayed up doing some late-night gaming." I groan.

Kuroo shoots a cold glare at me.

"What did I tell you about getting proper sleep, Kenma!" Kuroo Ridicules me.

I roll my eyes in disbelief.

'This guy has known me for how many years now? 8? 9? Wait, I think it's almost 10... but that isn't the point! He's known me for all this time, and he's still shocked?'

I sigh, and decide it would be best to act oblivious.

"Kuroo, I don't get why you get so fed up with me all the time."

I get my hand-held out of my pocket.

"Whether it's sleeping, or eating, if I'm not doing it, you always get upset with me."

Kuroo's glare weakens.

Then, He gives me that weird smirk he always does, and snatches my hand-held away from me.

"You need to take care of your vision too." He says, holding my precious game too far above me, out of my reach.

I stand up on my bed, but almost lose my balance. Luckily, I regained it quickly, and yanked the game out of Kuroo's clutch.

"Go Home, Kuroo."  I mutter, too distracted by my hand-held.

He winks at me, and stands up.

"See you later."

I don't reply.

---

'I wonder what the time is...'

I remove a blanket from my face, that was hiding me and my late-night hobby from the rest of the world.
