His answer- I think during a LDR, communication is 100% the most important aspect. We have to tell each other when we're not able to talk so that the other doesn't think we're ignoring them. We have to tell each other the truth because the other doesn't know if we're lying or not so we have to be honest. Communication is the reason we haven't had many arguments so far.
Her answer- I also think that communication is the most important part of a LDR... In fact it's important for all relationships (including non-romantic relationships). If you don't communicate it can cause there to be misunderstandings which can lead to fights.💔
To be honest I think I could do a lot better in terms of communication. Especially when I'm upset because I tend to either shut down(not talking to anyone) or bottle it all up because I don't want to bother other people with my problems.😞
Neither methods are healthy and I still do it but, I can say that I have gotten a lot better😅
