It's early in the morning. I wake up to sun shining through my window. Today is the day I thought. Today I would get to see the one and only darling, Brenda. But it wouldn't be an normal occasion, 'today trenda becomes real', as Aris would always say.
I hear Jorge yelling, "WAKE UP MUCHANO, TODAY IS THE DAY!" so I slowly get out of bed as a rush of excitement runs through me.
I get dressed in my absolute best trousers and shirt, and walk out the door.
Before I know it I find myself arm in arm with Minho, as he prepares me to walk down the aisle.
Then, right then, my heart stops. I see Brenda standing at the end of the aisle, looking incredible. She is wearing a white gown which from my view is glimmering in the sunlight.
She looks so pretty.
The music starts, and I'm scared and awake from my distraction from Brenda.
I briskly walk down the aisle with Minho by my side, then slowly, then all at once I find myself face to face with Brenda as we stare into each other's gorgeous eyes.
I am distracted once again, but I catch the priests last words, 'Do you Thomas, take Brenda to be your wife?'
A strike of pain and excitement rushes through me again. But then the words flow out.
"Yes I do!" Then I press my lips tightly against hers and we kiss and everyone claps. Then I wisper
"Now your mine"
