In the lands of Skyrim there are a lot of creatures, towns, caves, old dwarven cities, Burial crypts, and old temples of the nine gods. But we're not here to explain the different locations throughout Skyrim, just that there are two people down in a burial crypt at this moment killing Draugr and whatever else that lurks in there.
Telik a well known Breton battlemage who had just began training in the way of magic 3 weeks ago or maybe a little more, he never really keeps track of things. But he wasn't the only Breton battlemage there, but this Breton was only Half Breton and her name is Gina. Telik always wears robes over armor, but Gina is the opposite she wears Armor because well it protects her skin better over robes.
Telik always had a knack for noticing things that he really shouldn't and one of them is that he knows when every person he'll come across he'll know just how many spells they had learned. He noticed that Gina had over 5 spells that he haven't come across and it disturbed him that she knows more spells than them over the three weeks of knowing one another.
Gina saw his face and raised a brow at him, "What?" Gina asked annoyed with Telik's staring. "Nothing!" Telik said focusing on a dead Draugr that was finished off by Gina and who had just took the gold pieces from. Gina sighed "You know I hate it when I with someone and that something is bugging them, is there something I should know?"
"No I can't, you'll tell it to someone I don't even know!" Telik said straighten out his robes before he crossed his arms. "You really think that?" Gina asked turning around to look at him to make sure he wasn't lying about it. "Yea I do." "So why did you come with me?" Gina asked as she found a spell book."Hey what spell book is that?" Telik asked walking over to see. "Answer the question and I'll let you have it." "Cause I wanted to get away from Winterhold Collage for a while." "Here as promised." Gina said tossing it over her shoulder hitting Telik in the face with it, but he caught nonetheless. "Oh Candlelight Thanks!!"
Gina ignore him as she kept digging through the old rusted or burned things that were scattered about looking for a special something she wanted. "What are you looking for?" Telik asked testing his new spell. "Looking for something to bash your head in! Now would you stop flashing that spell giving me a headache!" "Okay okay no need for that I'll stop!" He said sweating that she might just kill him for being loud. "So have you seen the new student that is attending the collage?" Telik asked taking a seat on a bench that was there.
Gina was getting annoyed but answered anyways, "No!" "Well a friend of mine got her name and it's Lena she a red headed Nord." "Red Hair?" Gina asked looking up from a stack of ruin books. "Yea you know her at any chance?" "No Telik I don't. It's just that I saved her life once from some trolls 2 months ago as I was heading Riften for something." "Ah I see." Telik said letting it drop.
Gina shook her head of the memory and they proceeded deeper into the burial crypt. "So how did you learn more spells in weeks that I known you?" Gina looked over at the Breton mage as to why he would even ask that question. "Venturing through caves, crypts, and killing Necromancers." Gina said almost losing it. "Ah." "Now would you shut up!!" Gina said losing it.
Telik frowned he couldn't help it, but of course Gina didn't see his face a burial urn caught her attention, so while Gina was digging into the urn to get the gold pieces Telik spotted Bandits down in the crypt with them. "Ugh come here you gold pieces!!" "Ummm Gina?" "What!" "You think Gold pieces need attention or the bandits?" "Nine divines why does every crypt I have to venture in they have to ruin it!!" Gina shouted pulling her sword out.
"You worship Talos?" "What I just nine divines, I don't have a one to really say mine yet." Gina said gutting a bandit and letting it fall to the ground as she moved to the other. "And why are you so talkative!?" "Cause I hate these kind of places!!" "So you talk people ears off coming to crypts, and other underground places?" Gina asked almost smiling at his discomfort.
"No just I'm nervous or it might be something else I don't know!" Telik said burning a bandit to ash and a draugr to ash we started looting whatever were in their pockets. Arriving at the main Burial Gina's mood changed, Telik knew she wanted whatever that Draugr overlord had in it's pockets. So he gave her a helping hand with his fire and frost spells, Gina was striking it with her sword and her fire spell. The finishing blow to the Draugr Overlord was from Telik's fire spell.
Gina put away her sword and kneel down by the Draugr and grabbed the gold and split it with Telik for he had help her out. "Now you think we can get out of here!?" Telik said looking back to the way they came in. "Ugh no not yet, The overlord might have some items that we might needed, but you should always check from huge chests like that one!" Gina said finding the chest she was talking about and dugged in.
Telik followed reluctantly behind her to check himself, but he also wondered why Gina was so interested in gold, looting, you name it. Gina tossed the Staff of Flames at Telik got him in the face yet again. "Ow! Warn me next time, but thanks for the staff!" "No problem I have no use for a staff." Gina said getting back to her feet and was now looking for an exit. "What are you looking for now?" "There's always a secret passage to the entrance in every crypt." "You mean a secret Exit!!" "Yea." Gina said getting annoyed again.
After finding that secret exit and in the fresh air, "Ah the fresh air is such a pleasant breeze after being trapped underground all afternoon!!" Telik said taking a breathe of the cold air. Gina turned at look at him disturbed. "What?" Telik asked "Nothing!" She replied walking to a log and taking a seat to heal herself.
Telik sat down a few feet away digging through his bag for potions. "So who are you really?" "I already told you Gina Turner." Gina said done with healing and was going through the things she didn't want. "I know that's not your real last name, cause you're too experience with a sword?" Gina sighed, she was hoping she didn't have yelled at him. "Why would you want to know so badly of who I really am!" She had accidentally had her flames spell ready to let loose.
Telik rose his hand of surrender for he didn't want to get burned. "To the Eight Divine I didn't mean it!" Gina sighed as she put away her fire spell and looked at him, "Why to the Nine do you want to know?" She asked a lot calmly this time. "It's just that your voice sounds or your face don't know which seems to be close to one of the Jarls of the Nine Holds!"
Gina stood from the log she was sitting on and stretched out her sore muscles, and started walking towards a direction of a road. "Hey!! My question didn't get answered!!" Telik shouted as he caught up with her hoping to the divines she won't hurt him. "You know the saying 'telling you and you might tell others!" Gina said not even looking at him.
Telik sighed he knew he heard that before but couldn't remember away where, but it didn't take that long. "Hey I told you my problem but you won't!!" "To the Nine if I tell you will you stop the annoying questions and never tell a soul about this?" Gina said shifting around to look at him.Telik nodded, but Gina glared at him. "I want you to say it! Not nodded your head!" "On the Eight I promise......." "Nine!" "Nine Divines that I will honor my promise of not saying a word about any that we've spoken here about." "My name is Gina Turner end of conversation!" Gina said continuing on down the path probably towards windhelm. "Hey now I sweared to my grave and my honor to the Nine divines that you have my word and your going to ignore that!"
Gina cursed at herself wishing she wasn't related to the Jarl of Windhelm, but he did swear to the divine. "Look this must not get out, but I'm the little sister of Jarl Ulfric Stormcloak." Gina told the Benton Mage. Telik now knew why she wanted the secret to stay a secret, he shivered just thinking what the Leigion would do, or worse the Thalmar.
"Hey I know it won't help much, but I'm sorry for forcing it out of ya, but you do have my word." Telik said as he follows Gina to the main road.
